Customer support was quick to respond to my request and did so with excellent care. I purchased tickets for the wrong date, and they were able to swap it out for the preferred date.

Using Tixr is a painful experience

Using Tixr is a painful experience. For my most recent concert ticket purchase, I never received an email confirmation from Tixr. When I tried to log into Tixr, I never received a password reset email. Luckily I had a saved password and accessed my account, but I can't share my ticket via email or access it by any means except the obnoxious Tixr wallet. I had to pay $25 in fees for this ticket and it's absolutely not worth it.

UPDATE: Still one star. I can't contact support because I still can't receive Tixr emails. As for "security", a screenshot worked just fine, so what the FAACK is the point of your bullshit proprietary app? Go to work on yourself and make the concert experience better, not worse.

Bought tickets for wrong date. The event passed and tixr got in contact with me and refunded my ticket.

Tixr support literally saved the day

Tixr support literally saved the day!

We were promised a refund from a festival for very expensive tickets and couldn’t get anyone to respond. After several weeks and attempts, we reached out to Tixr as a last resort.

At first, they let us know the festival had asked to take care of issues directly, and redirected us to them. When we responded and explained the situation more thoroughly, they went out of the way to directly escalate the situation for us. Within a few hours we finally had the response we had been waiting for.

We are SO grateful to the Tixr support rep who did a little bit extra and went out of their way to help.

Customer Service was fantastic

Customer Service was fantastic. I bought tickets for a friend's birthday, and they helped me change the name on the ticket and provided hard copies so they could go with no issues. Highly recommend.

This is a terrible ticketing platform. They force you to create an account, and input a whole bunch of personal details before they'll let you see the tickets that you've already purchased.

Unable to pay off payment plan early so that we can sell festival tickets

We purchased tickets for a festival back in October via a payment plan for an event happening in May. Due to unexpected circumstances we cannot go to the festival any more. We would like to resell our tickets but can't do so until the payment plan is complete (completes on the month of the actual event). We aren't even allowed to pay off our tickets early so that we can resell them at an earlier time, which is absolutely stupid. Now our options are to hopefully have someone buy our tickets very last minute or to forfeit our payment plan and essentially donate almost $1000 to an event we'll never see because refunds are out of the option. Absolutely inflexible site rules. I will never use tixr again.

This is one of the worst platforms I have ever used for ticket purchases! Horribly written, you MUST create an account to purchase anything, pop ups sit over the top of items that you want to add to your cart is only one example.

NO CUSTOMER SEVICE

SERVICE IS USELESS UNLESS YOU LIVE IN AMERICA.

I have been emailing the company for days and also trying to get in contact with a customer service representative and I cannot because the customer service line is only for Americans.

I highly recommend that you have a customer service line in the country’s that you are selling event tickets for?

Not happy after spending $$$

Ticket Exchange

Purchased tickets to same show but for the wrong date. They helped me resolve my mistake almost immediately. Tickets were exchanged and refunded in less than 24 Hours. Cant thank them enough. A++ Customer Service.

Password login is insanely difficult

Password login is insanely difficult. It even connected an unknown facebook account which freaked me out. And it locks you out, forces you to point out bicycles in a photograph of mopeds. The list goes on. I was trying to book another ticket after being logged out. Took over half an hour and still havent figured it out.

Tixr has always allowed me to print my…

Tixr has always allowed me to print my tickets for a variety of venues. Last week I purchased tickets for another event and was told I had to get their app and download an e-ticket which I am unable to do. I brought this to their attention and after a little bit of back and forth they were able to provide me with those tickets which is good because it sold out in a couple hours.

Absolute garbage company

Absolute garbage company. My wife purchased tickets to see Five Finger Death Punch (playing late on day 2). Well she thought she did, she purchased some sort of 3 day pass that doesnt include that premium show. The 3 day pass we are not even there for the first 2 days due to timing and travel, (which is covered as she bought the insurance and no refund). Now looks like you can only ever request one refund and your out of luck. Very fraudulant scammers. I will be escalating this via other methods based on cost of these tickets.

Hi Brandon, thanks for reaching out. According to our records, you posted this review the same day you reached out to our fan support team, who has since replied to your concern. You purchased Order Protection through our partner Protecht, which means that your tickets are refundable for certain covered scenarios (which may differ between events), but nonrefundable if none of those situations arise. This was what happened in your case, so Protecht denied your refund request.

In general, event organizers set policies around refunds and exchanges — Tixr is simply the software they use to sell tickets, and we're not at liberty to override their policies or Protecht's. We encourage you to reach out to Protecht or the event organizer directly with this concern.

My email was shared with venue for spam

I bought a concert ticket for my brother, and I did it using an email alias for them specifically. My email address was sold and I have received spam to that email alias that I never signed up for (or would've opted out of). I would understand getting email from Tixr, but getting crap from third parties I didn't ask for is uncalled for.

Update: I've read through the privacy policy and they claim to not sell email information. It was passed through though to the venue vendor, and they clearly have different rules. I had opted out of email correspondence but clearly that was overlooked. I think my frustration is better aimed at the venue's company than at Tixr. Sorry for my misplaced judgment.

TIXR hosts fake events and allows…

TIXR hosts fake events and allows organizers to create these fake events on their website. So when you purchase tickets through their site and the event turns out to be fake and doesn't exist they will issue no refund leaving the criminals with your money and continuning their schemes on their site.

Update: Is trustpilot the same login as TIXR? Nice try diddy.
