Requested a return and still no answer.
The shoes I received were too big. I requested to return the shoes and have yet to receive an answer. I wanted to exchange but now I just want my money back.

Delivery is not done yet...
I payed extra for delivery, but parcel is still not deliverd, already waiting one week. The delivery keeps changing everyday. If 2morrow the delivery is not done I will aks for a full refund of my payment.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the courier service initially booked for your shipment—it was not meant to be UPS, and we regret this error. We’ve already processed a refund for the amount you paid for DHL Express shipping as a gesture of acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
