Order not delivered.

Order not delivered.

I placed an order for a sneaker that was never delivered. During the first contacts, they told me to contact the post office, who assured me that the delivery had not been made, even though it appeared in the tracking that it had been done... The company said that there was no other pair of sneakers to send me and I was supposed to wait for the refund of the payment made. I've been trying to contact the company for days via chat, email and social media to get a refund response, but they're ignoring me.

Package not delivered - the money transfer need to stop, and I want the refund.

We would like to inform you that from the tracking details we can see that your order was successfully delivered at the provided shipping address.
In the case of a receiver stating that the parcel was not delivered, it is our procedure to contact the courier to open a claim.
We would like to assure you that we are monitoring your claim. Unfortunately processing time of claim resolution depends by the courier company.
We will do our best to provide you with an update by email as soon as possible.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!! First experience ordering from the company I was very hesitant with it being located in another country and there’s no way to get in contact with them in real time. I purchased items March 20th didn’t receive any order confirmation so I reached out immediately customer service didn’t get back to me until late afternoon March 22nd stating the order was flagged and needed further verifications such as a picture of the card used and my ID that was very odd but I complied and sent what was requested PLUS a video of the order pending in my account it’s now March 25th… no reply AT ALL after multiple emails were sent and unfortunately the items were purchased for a birthday trip dated for March 28th now I want to cancel the order still no reply!! Now I have to dispute through my bank worst experience and delays in “24/7 customer support” ignoring emails played the biggest part feels like a huge scam!! Birthday trip ruined

we really apology for your disappointment. We did have more than one conversation via email, as we informed you that your order was identified as a fraud risk order, for this reason it has not been immediately processed.
Unfortunately the additional informations provided by you through our email conversations, have not passed our security verification, for this reason we decided to cancel and refund your order. This is a normal procedure in case of fraud risk orders.
We confirm that the refund was successfully processed just few days after you placed the order and we also sent you a refund email notification.
Of course we remain at your disposal for any further clarification or assistance.
