Chris
Chris, their sales rep who hates being called the sales rep and says that was an insult to him. Has a gigantic ego. He said within the first 30 seconds that I as a United States citizen do not have the capability to complete successfully a trademark on my own I can say thousands of cases where that is not the case and he just went on and on, always saying I can’t that’s not how you went over a customer it’s not by being a yes ma’am no ma’am, but there are better ways to approach it and he lost a potential customer because of his arrogance.

I have been using this company to file my trademark, and they made everything easy for me. They helped me understand what to do, answered my questions fast, and did all the hard work. I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Canadian business
We’re a Canadian business and we initially started our USA trademark registration with a low cost online company we found in google search. Unfortunately, they made several critical errors in our application. When the USPTO raised multiple issues and sent us a notice, we tried contacting the first company for clarification but they never responded to any of our emails, and all the phone numbers they provided had been disconnected. After a lot of frustration, we reached out to Trademark Express and spoke with Chris DeMassa. He clearly explained the mistakes that had been made and how to fix them. Chris has extensive experience and knowledge in trademark law and regulatory requirements. His service was professional, honest, and thorough.
We learned the hard way that trying to save a few dollars can end up costing much more in the long run. We highly recommend Trademark Express, Chris DeMassa and Tyler D. to anyone looking for reliable trademark services.
