It was easy to register and pay but the "easy" stopped there. I thought twice already that I was finished but no -- surprise! I received the scan of the mark and felt I was safe but the process continued. Now I have what appear to be two classes in front of me and I can't reach anyone yet to help me with that. I want one class and no further charges after filing until it's time years from now to renew the mark. I am hugely confused about what we are doing. The customer service reps are great -- they are helpful and good listeners. I need to tie this process up -- it is not what I expected -- it is not fast and easy...it is very confusing and I am beginning to regret it all. I want to complete things with YOUR LEGAL CLASS -- one class that I thought I was paying lawyers to guide me...not some class I dreamed up and yours. I want one class as decided by you -- and to be filed with no further fees until I see how the book and mark might progress. I need help finishing this process --- and I hope that will be today April 14. Amen
