Vinyl cover damaged upon reception
I ordred the Kylie Minogue Tension Tour DL vinyl.
I was so happy to receive it to realise that the edge of the cover is damaged.
I was SO upset ! it is this kind of sneaky damage. I could not find anyway of contacting them. For damaged items, they request them to be sent to be reassessed. Australia UK will take ages to be shipped and re-shipped.
I am so annoyed. Anyone has a direct e-mail to their customer service ?

Townsend, excelling at selling and delivering again
Recently received delivery of the new Elles Bailey album "Can't take my story away."
As always when I deal with Townsend Music Store the album/CD package arrived promptly for release day.
The package was well wrapped to avoid in transit damage.
Communication from date of sale through to delivery was excellent as always.

CD Pre-buy and delivery
Ordering process straightforward and communications throughout timely and useful.
Product arrived when expected and well packaged. Bought the 'zine' version of the cd. Great album but had hoped it was a hardcover product.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I ordered my mum a Jimmy Somerville bundle for christmas, but was accidentally sent the wrong t shirt colour. I reached out to request an exchange at the busiest time of the year and they replied incredibly quickly letting me know they had sent the correct t shirt right away! The team also kindly offered me to keep the original tshirt which came as a gesture of good will. I was blown away by their prompt action and kindness, such a thoughtful team who clearly care about their customers!
