Order with caution
I'd be very careful when ordering from this company. Whilst I love to support small businesses, this one claimed I had created a mark on the bikini bottoms I sent back and refused to refund me. I fully do not believe this mark was created while in my posession. I can't help but think this was due to a negative review I wrote on their website about one of their items - which was never published on their website (red flag).
The quality of the material was lovely, but the items were absoloutely not made for anyone over 5'6.

In response to you inferring that we intentionally damaged a product for the sole purpose of not processing a refund, I have to personally (as one of the two founders of the company, Charlotte) respond to this as I feel extremely passionate about this situation and must contest this review which paints a picture of some sort of 'scam' company.
I appreciate your frustration at not receiving your refund for this item. I can assure you we would categorically never damage an item by falsifying a stain or mark on a product. We run the brand between the two of us alongside our fulfillment warehouse team, and you can take my word that we do not have the time to spend intentionally damaging goods so that we don't have to process a refund - it is entirely unprofessional, very unhygienic..not to mention illegal. We are extremely accommodating with customers' returns as we know that buying swimwear online is difficult and therefore totally appreciate that there are instances whereby someone might need to return an item - we actually encourage people to buy a couple of different sizes to find their perfect fit, fully anticipating that something will be returned - it is the nature of e-commerce. However, when an item is returned to us with marks, we have no choice but to return this to the customer... it is not fair for us to a) resell this product to another customer or b) bear the expense of the damage ourselves.
Should these bikini bottoms have arrived with you with the marks photographed and shared with you by our warehouse team, I am certain you would have immediately contacted us to let us know and we would have remedied the situation. We can only assume, therefore, that these marks were left during the try-on process.
As stipulated in our returns policy, this particular item will be sent back to you (at our expense) and we very much hope you find some use for it in the future, but unfortunately we cannot flex our returns policy for damaged goods and we do hope you can understand and appreciate that.

Love these bikinis!
Obsessed with these bikinis! They fit beautifully, I love the colours and the packaging and they wash so well. The customer service are fast and wonderful over email. Love love love!
