I love our mat. It looks good and the quality feels great. I also had an issue with delivery and they were so helpful and kind to me!

Very fast response when there was a problem with a tile. Jes was extremely helpful, and resolved our problem very quickly. Fantastic company and quality product.

Ich wollte die Spielmatte auf Grund von starkem Chemiegeruch retournieren und hatte mich bei Toddlekind innerhalb der 14 Tage Widerrufsfrist gemeldet wo man die Ware grundsätzlich ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückgeben kann.

Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war sehr schlecht. Ich wurde mehrfach aufgefordert eine Begründung für meine Retoure abzugeben bevor man mir überhaupt mit der Retoure helfen würde. Trotz Erklärungen meinerseits wurde mir kein Retourenlabel zur Verfügung gestellt, da man die Bestellung im Online System nicht finden würde. Auch die Weiterleitung an ein „Expertenteam“ half nicht. Da kein Retourenlabel im Paket war, ist man auf den Kundenservice angewiesen. Auch 2 Wochen später werde ich nur vertröstet und bekomme kein Retourenlabel oder das Geld für die Bestellung zurück. Ich rate von dringend von Bestellungen bei Toddlekind ab!

I had a few questions and requests about my order, and they were fast to respond and accommodating. Can’t wait to receive the mats we ordered, as all of their past products have been excellent.

Very poor quality after 3 years of mat normal use.

I bought a playmat for my baby a few months ago, and after some time, a few parts turned out to be defective. I reached out to customer service to ask for advice, and they immediately replaced the product! I’m really impressed — I didn’t expect such an efficient and kind support team. It’s rare to find this level of customer care nowadays!
Their products are wonderful, and so is the team behind them!

Such a shame to be writing this as I was initially so happy with our haven puzzle mat. Sadly it hasn't stood the test of time as of hoped & has worn & perished far quicker than I would have anticipated. I'd thought I would be investing in a decent mat that would last me 2+ years of little ones given the price. Sadly after 1.5 years it began peeling and perishing so much I'm having to chuck as my 2nd little baby is sucking & putting everything in her mouth & it's no longer safe/ is become a choking hazard. Lovely customer service but no refund or replacement for me as I missed the warranty by a few months. Sad to chuck an expensive bit if kit & wouldn't have purchased it I'd have known they're just a year or two of use max.

I’m very satisfied with the Heavy Mat. It’s soft, warm, and easy to clean. I also really appreciate the customer service — they’re always quick and willing to help.

Love the mats and my experience with the store! At first I ordered one print, but it was not available in the EU. The team quickly helped me arrange a cancellation. Now I am ordering another print. Cannot wait to place the mat in my living room.

Do not buy, see my pictures. These mats peel after a couple of months of gentle use and cleaning them only with a damp cloth. Customer service offered to send me a replacement of the affected tiles but my pattern is out of stock so I would have to wait a month for them to ship them. No, thank you, I wouldn’t want my baby picking on the peeling tiles…Overall, not a good quality playmat. If looking for playmats, buy from the House of Noa, Totter + Tumble, Toki, so many more high quality options out there.

Expensive product and edges peel within six months. My warranty only lasted for a year so I couldn’t get it replaced by the time I contacted the company about it, but generally not worth a £100 if after just a few months your need a new one! It looks quite bad in my house now to the point I soon will need to throw it away. It’s been less than two years of ownership. I wish I would have gone with the competitors because although other mats are more expensive they are very long lasting- years! I’d avoid these.

my emails. Great experience. Love the product as well.

Unfortunately mat arrived with uneven color and partially puzzles were not matching. However, customer service was very friendly and helped to arrange free return quickly and smoothly. I will consider buy another design.

I bought the normal mat, perfect for babys and for yoga.
It came with a couple of tiny tiny scratches and I asked for a partial refund, customer service was quick and gentle understanding the problem and helping me. Great experience!

Amazing very helpful prompt service

Our experience with Toddlekind has been really great!

We had one of their playmats at home for less than two months when 2/3 of the tiles began to peel at the edges. I then emailed the company with the complaint and received a response the very next day. Shortly after, a solution was provided: we received 3 new tiles.

The service was fast and excellent! We will definitely recommend Toddlekind to others!

I made an order from them but i had to return it since the colour wasn’t exactly what i wanted. Return process went smooth and i was assisted during the whole time by the support team. They also helped placing a new order with the colour i wanted using the credit from the past order.
Their product quality is good and probably will order in the future again.
