Product was sent to an address 200 miles away. I have sent several messages to company but haven't received a reply. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I would not even think about buying from them again.

Nv Tofupaws took $29.99 out of my account without authorization, can't contact them to get my money back, $29.99 is $29.99, not happy at all, I have NO reoccurring subscriptions with this company, as far as I'm concerned their scammers, I will try to get my money back but it's probably worthless

in May, I made a purchase on your website which I still haven't received. Today, I checked the website to track the purchase and discovered a transaction of $29.99 on my card without my authorization. My bank has blocked my account due to the unauthorized transaction. I will not be buying from this website again.

FRAUD! They sent tracking info, and it is never to the right address. Won't respond to emails. Disputed the charges through my bank and was refunded. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTFIT. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I ordered a cordless vacuum in April. It was advertised as a Tyson model. Should have been suspicious at the difference between the sale price and retail cost. I’ve sent them numerous emails with no reply.
Today I received an unauthorized debit from my bank account.

BUYER BEWARE.

Never received original product ordered. Fraudulent reoccurring charges.

Never ordered now they won't refund my money. Don't even know what this was and now I can't get my money back. REFUND FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ORDERED

Multiple attempts to contact. VM box on what seem to be a cell phone is full. Call goes directly to VM. Charged again after canceled with the bank once.

No tracking number. No order information. No reply to messages asking for a refund. I submitted a fraud claim.

I placed an order with BuyTapiocaPaws and they quickly charged my credit card. It’s been 4 weeks and I’ve yet to receive anything!

Then on the 5th week, they charged me again, and they’ve changed their name to Tofupaws!!

I’ve filed a dispute with my CC, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve left them messages and have filed a dispute with my credit card.

They are a complete rip off!

Stay away from any company you can’t verify here on Trustpilot.

Ordered a large order of 45 boxes of cat litter. We live in Ontario Canada and they sent us a tracking number that was delivered to Prince George BC with a listed weight of 3 lbs and signed for by "K. Sheils". 3lbs for 45 boxes of cat litter. Obviously shipped a fake package to a random address. They have refused to reply to any emails. Seems this is a scam site.

Was scammed out of 40 dollars. Shipped something somewhere. But not my house. Signed for by someone with fake name.

We ordered from a sale that seemed too good to be true after reading a few good reviews. We were relieved when we got tracking. It had the wrong town but the shipping service they use often does. The package was delivered to a remailing service at a totally different address. We managed to contact them and they said they had already mailed it elsewhere per the company's order.
