Super sketchy company
I placed an order for a Pokémon license place then got zero updates or communication for over a week. Complete silence, not even a delay notice!
I finally emailed them to complain and was told the item was “damaged” and they were waiting to reproduce it. No timeframe. No explanation. Just smoothed over like it was normal.
This information was never shared until I questioned them, which is a huge red flag. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.
