Mauquoy Token Company レビュー

Personas siempre muy amable y grandes profesionales. Trato siempre perfecto y muy eficientes. Llevo más de 8 años trabajando con ellos y todo perfecto. Recomendable 100%

Thanks to Edyta Trybalska working with this company it's so stressless just like on vacation. You say what you want and it happens 🥇
no mistakes!

Although delivery times are sometimes longer than I’d like, I always receive exactly what I order. Clear communication; special praise for Larysa Dusseljee

We are certainly happy with our point of contact; you are great at helping and responding quickly to emails, and we are very pleased with our collaboration with your company. You always deliver exactly what we ask for—with perfect, precise measurements for the products we’ve ordered—so a big thank you from us.

MERCI !

I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to Ms. Edyta for several years of very good and fruitful cooperation between Sultof sp. z o.o. and Mauquoy Token Company.

I would like to extend my particular appreciation to you for your professionalism, commitment, and consistently excellent communication. I greatly value your support in carrying out our successive projects and introducing new token designs, as well as your flexibility and prompt response to our needs.

I would also like to highlight the timely fulfillment of our orders, the high quality of the products supplied, and the excellent and truly partnership-based terms of our cooperation.

I am very pleased that over the years we have been able to successfully work together on numerous projects, and I sincerely hope that our cooperation will continue to be just as successful and will further develop in the future.

Once again, thank you very much for your cooperation, support, and commitment over the years.

Mauquoy has been our token supplier for 17 years. They consistently provide great quality, and we’ve enjoyed a stable and reliable partnership throughout this time. Special mention goes to Edyta, it’s always a pleasure working with her.

Overall, a very reliable company. We have been working with them for years, so we have had various situations along the way, but there has always been a solution. The quality of both the products and the service has always been very good.

I would especially like to mention Edyta, who is our account manager. During her absence for a few months, we realised that some things which had always seemed simple and straightforward were not necessarily so. 😊 Since her return, everything has been running very smoothly again. Her commitment, communication and ability to get things done really stand out compared with the service I experience from other companies.

Definitely recommend working with them.

Good quality and perfect Team. Thank you very much.

I have been working with this company for more than 7 years. Always an easy and trustful collaboration with spot on deliveries and best prices.

I cannot recommend Mauquoy Token Company enough!
I have ordered from them many times and when i received some faulty tokens they took them right back and send me new ones. The sales rep i talked to was extremely nice and helpfule. If you need any tokens, this is the place to get them.

Ive been working with this company for quite some time now and i honestly cant recommend them enough. Great communication, speed, quality... just an amazing experience all around. And big shoutout to Edyta Trybalska.

Best company in the world, fast and professional.

We've been a customer for several years. The collaboration, as always has been flawless. Edyta is always there to help – excellent communication, quick response. The products are of high quality, the ordering process is smooth, and delivery is always on time.

I have been working with Edyta for more than five years, and I can honestly say that every order and delivery has always been handled professionally and with great care.

Whenever we needed tokens earlier than the agreed delivery date, Edyta and her team always did their best to arrange an earlier delivery for us. Their flexibility, communication and willingness to help have always been greatly appreciated.

I would also like to give special praise to Larysa, who helped me last year with some very specific requirements regarding the tokens. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process.

Many thanks and big compliments to both of you, ladies! It is always a pleasure working with you. Highly recommended! 😊

I’m very happy with the service. Communication by both email and phone is always easy and efficient. Ms. Edyta is always helpful and willing to find a solution if any issues come up. I really appreciate their flexibility and the fact that they try to find the best option for the customer. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience.

We have been loyal clients of this company for many years, and we are truly impressed with their work. The quality of their products and services is outstanding, thanks to the exceptional team of Edyta and Larysa—reliable, professional, and dedicated individuals who take care of everything with excellence.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for our successful collaboration and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of tokens.

We had a fantastic experience working with this company from start to finish.
From our very first enquiry, Stefano Cau was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive, making the whole ordering process smooth and straightforward. Later, Anne-Catherine took over our project and provided outstanding support throughout. She kept us informed at every stage, answered all our questions promptly and always went the extra mile to help us.
We ordered custom tokens for an important event. Although there was an unexpected production delay, the team was completely transparent and did everything possible to minimize the impact. They even made an extra effort to complete the production as quickly as possible, and thanks to that, we received the tokens in time for our event.
When we opened the package, we were genuinely impressed. The tokens are absolutely beautiful—the engraving, finish and overall quality exceeded our expectations. They look even better than we had imagined.
It's rare to find a company that combines such high-quality craftsmanship with such attentive and caring customer service. A huge thank you to Stefano, Anne-Catherine and the entire production team for their hard work and dedication.
We would absolutely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again on future projects
