Jammer om te lezen dat u onze communicatie als onprettig heeft ervaren. We hebben uw feedback nagekeken, maar herkennen het beschreven verloop helaas niet in onze gegevens.
Volgens onze administratie ontvingen we uw offerteaanvraag om 21:22 en hebben we de volgende ochtend om 9:22 gereageerd met een offerte. We kunnen daarnaast geen eerdere e-mails of telefonisch contact terugvinden.
Na uw review hebben we u persoonlijk gecontacteerd om beter te begrijpen wat er volgens u is misgelopen, maar hierop hebben we helaas geen verdere toelichting ontvangen.
Indien er bijvoorbeeld contact is geweest via een ander of verkeerd telefoonnummer of e-mailadres, willen we dit misverstand graag ophelderen.
