I received an used redeem code and they couldn't help me out . They will say they will help you out . But they won't even properly reply. Just forgot it if you expect any help from them.

Ordered a top up card was fast got my card and it worked without problem.

I purchased a PUBG Mobile UC package from Tokenstore, and the payment was completed successfully. At first, I faced an issue because I did not receive the UC/code immediately, which made me worried.

This is a follow-up to my previous review about not refunding my crypto overpayment.

Seeing TokenStore's copy-paste reply to my previous review asking me to send an email, I tried to contact their support again. It turned out to be completely insincere and useless. They just pretend not to understand the problem.

I agree with another reviewer's comment:

"TokenStore replies publicly with the same copy-paste message asking customers to email support, creating the impression that issues are being handled.
In reality, nothing happens after that.

This is not a technical error.
This is not a one-time mistake.
This is a systematic failure to deliver valid digital products and a failure to support customers after payment."

I've been buying from TokenStore for a while now, best price and fast delivery! Wd and keep the good work!

There was a small issue which they solved within a few hours and gave me the gift card I had paid for!

Although the delivery wasn't automatic they still came through in the end, so I appreciate it.

My recommendation to you guys would be to contact them on the email linked on the website and wait for a response, they will eventually deliver.

they scammed me on 105 usd. i ordered a revolut giftcard. i have waited 2 months for the arrival. they took my money. still no card. they do not answer me on emails anymore. they completely ignore me.

i will report this company as fraud to the police and hopefully get my money back.

I contacted Tokenstore support six times, and each time I received the same copy-paste response, claiming that my order “expired” and that I “was not charged.”
This is simply not true — I paid $25 and received nothing.

Support completely ignores the proof I provided (transaction hash, screenshot, and details). It looks like they don’t even read messages at all.

I don’t want a refund — I just want to receive the 1000 TL Razer Gold card that I paid for.

If Tokenstore finally resolves the issue and gives me my purchased item, I am willing to update this review to a positive one.
But right now, the service feels like a scam.

I made a purchase on Tokenstore website yesterday. I got my order instantly. Even I don't know how to use my code but customer support was really kind and helped me a lot.

First they where late

Then I asked them to cancel the order and let me redo it
They didn’t answer plus their team barely knows some English
My card issuer is Revolut I disputed the transaction and showed them proof and now they are taking care of it
First time I used this site was normal this second time is disgusting

I’ve been a loyal Tokenstore customer for a while and have spent around $1,000 on their platform in just one week without any issues — until now.

On October 2nd, 2025, I made another purchase and paid 84 USDT successfully. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain and fully completed, but their system wrongly marked my order as expired.

I immediately contacted their support team and provided all payment proofs, timestamps, and transaction details. However, it’s been more than a week and they keep ignoring my emails or replying with the same generic message saying “you were not charged” — which is completely false.

This is not how a trustworthy crypto platform should treat its customers.
Checking a blockchain transaction literally takes seconds, but their team refuses to even look into it.

I’m extremely disappointed by how poorly they handle verified issues.
If their system fails to record an order, the customer shouldn’t have to pay for their own mistake.

Be careful before using Tokenstore. You might lose your funds and get zero real support.

I’m even attaching my full transaction proof below, so everyone can see who’s actually telling the truth here. All evidence clearly shows that the payment was successful — yet Tokenstore keeps denying it.

Unfortunately, that’s not true — I haven’t received anything from them.

There service is so quick what happened to me I purchased a card without sign up but then I sent them a request with my concern and they quickly resolve my issue like with in 5 minutes there CS is so quick highly appreciate it.
