I spoke to mr Simon strange today, I was a bit hesitant at the start as no one likes the idea of what’s going to happen after something happen to you. But he was very reassuring, comforting and pleasant to deal with, will recommend to everyone!

Dealt with Joseph Trupia who was very pleasant but also clear and concise with explaining the policy and getting me and my partner set up hassle free.

Did online nice and easy than a phone call very polite and mitchell perkins was brillant explaning everything i need to no and how things work made experince very easy to make a choice on things and what to do.Very easy to deal with and undestand made easy with excellent customer service form mitchell and now taken out policy best suits me form the help mitchell gave me so thank you .

Charlotte, from TOM customer service did an excellent job today making sense of what was a confusing situation with some payments owed getting mixed up with monthly payments. She took the time to break it all down for me clearly and got things sorted out. In a world where sometimes it seems like the art of customer service has been lost Charlotte gives me hope, this was proper professional customer service she was giving. I say you should give Charlotte a raise or better yet a promotion, she deserves it Thank you Charlotte, you represent your great company excellently.

Had a very helpful advisor. Henry Luzi, talked me through everything step by step explaining what was best for me, my kids and my situation. Was only phoning to get a quote but decided to go ahead due to the customer service I revived. There was no hard sale, just straightforward advice and support.

As a young dad I was scared on what insurance to use and how to go about it… Lewis Routley not only sorted out a brilliant fixed term policy but guided me through it with ease would definitely recommend the company as well as Lewis himself!

I recently moved my cover from Royal London to Tom, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. My advisor, Emily Lewis, was incredible she walked me through every single step and made sure I was making the right choice for my future. The transition was seamless, and the app is so much more user-friendly than what I had before. Being able to see all my cover right on my phone is a game-changer. Highly recommend!
