I ordered makeup for my girlfriend for…
I ordered makeup for my girlfriend for Christmas, said it was in stock. Never turned up. After a couple of automated replies which didn't answer my very direct question on ETA, customer services cannot even estimate the arrival of the makeup and apologies for the inconvenience. IT is now 13th January and understandably my girlfriend is upset at lack of present, as am I.

I ordered a $900 belt to be expedited
I ordered a $900 belt to be expedited, and two days later, I still had no tracking for it. I was lied to for three more days. I called to cancel, and I indeed got refunded as manager said she didn't know where my item was. Two days later, I got billed again and had to call complaining and wasting my time again. I am still pending my refund. Horrible nightmare dealing with this company directly.

Ich bin seit 2014 so begeistert von Tom Ford Parfüms, dass ich nur noch eure Parfüms hole.
Jedes Einzelne hat einen anderen besonderen Duft, egal ob Tobacco Vanille, Oud Wood, Noir Extreme oder Ombre Leather. Einfach alle überragend. Immer weiter so und der Shop ist natürlich auch sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen!

Mobilversion - Unbedienbar
Achtung! In dieser Bewertung geht es ausschließlich um die Mobilversion der Internetseite.
Es ist erschreckend das ein international bekanntes Designer Modehaus eine katastrophal unbedienbare und vollkommen unoptimierte Internetpräsenz aufweist!
Versucht man am Smartphone durch die Reiter zu navigieren ist es unmöglich zu scrollen, egal wie man es versucht.
Die Webseite ist auch beim Seitenverhältnis verschoben und passt überhaupt nicht auf die Browserversion.
Man sollte einen gewissen Standart an Professionalität erwarten dürfen bei einer Marke welche in gegebener Qualitäts und Wertklasse agiert.
Dazu kommt das unverständlicher Weise keinInternationaler Warenversand nicht möglich ist!
Hier ist noch enorm Potential für Verbesserung.

They only ship if your shipping address…
They only ship if your shipping address matches you credit card! It’s like denying their jet set clients!!! Hellooooo I live in multiple countries and cities so I want to ship your s h*t where I want it. But at the other hand you can at least order by phone and have it shipped anywhere for 350$. That’s ok for me 💁🏼♀️ And yeah their products are ridiculously overpriced. You pay the brand which lives from the high price distinction. I like that but it doesn’t make the product greater.... they are really basic products.
