Hard work. Communication could b a lot better. Design was good, drawings were poor. Fitting good, missing and replacement items poor. All the representatives I met were fine. All conversations with head office were painful. The end result looks good but next time I would procure an alternative manufacturer.

Stacey Cobley came to our house, organised through Bristol branch, spending time listening to our ideas for our new kitchen. She was thoroughly professional, answering our questions fully and demonstrating real enthusiasm. Her level of knowledge and attention to detail were really high and, though we have chosen not to pursue the work, we can highly recommend both Stacey and Tom Howley Kitchens.

Going for a Tom Howley for our kitchen was the best decision we made for our home.

Sandra has been amazing from the very first day we went to the Wigmore street showroom, she took her time explaining the different products and guided us through everything.

The kitchen is now installed and adds great warmth and character to our home.

I would like to thank the whole team for helping us through the design process, Instalation etc.

An excellent experience from start to finish . Ros expertly guided us through the design work and then handed us over to Martyn who was the installation manager . Nothing was too much trouble and Mike the fitter was a joy to have around . Any creases were ironed out . We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen . Thank you thank you .

From the design process with Roz in the Cheltenham office, through the very professional patient installation manager Helen Thornell to the impeccable workmanship of both the fitter Paul Christie and the painter Joe Thornell. I can only praise and thank everyone of you for bringing our stunning new kitchen to reality.

It was a big decision for us to invest in a bespoke kitchen, but we wanted something timeless and to last. The renders that were produced in the design process really got us excited and couldn't wait for the installation date.

the actual installation was the most problem free process I have ever had on a development. It was like Helen and Paul would not let us have any issues, they just made the vision come to life and ensured the finish was the best possible.

I would highly recommend Tom Howley to anyone, thankyou to you all.

Dealing with Tom Howley has been an amazing experience.
The kitchen is exactly what we wanted, the quality of the build and the attention to detail is incredible. Don has been great and has gone out of his way on so many occasions to help and get things sorted for us, far beyond what we would’ve expected.
Everyone, the install guys, the remedial guy Ron, as well as the painters, are all great at what they do and really good, respectful guys. Nothing is rushed, proper care is taken with everything and the finish is amazing.

We had a wonderful experience with Tom Howley namely Lakshmi who was extremely helpful methodical. Nothing was too much bother made several site visits and made the whole journey exciting and exactly to our taste would highly recommend Tom Howley and particularly Lakshmi as her attention to detail is exemplary.

The worst experience of my life. Utterly lacking in timeliness, communication or integrity. I paid for a kitchen scheduled for January delivery and it is now almost April. Multiple pieces of joinery were cut incorrectly and did not fit resulting in reinstallation and they then brought in more joinery incorrectly cut that now also must be replaced, the countertops were badly cut and had to be replaced, and the installation was sloppy, with the cawking messy and my walls left chipped and scuffed. Absolutely appalling lack of care and service. Repeatedly asked to be referred to senior management only to be rebuffed.

From conception to completion our project was managed beautifully by the team at the Tunbridge Wells branch. Everyone in the showroom is so friendly and helpful and we are thrilled with the design Cris came up with for our new kitchen, it such a beautiful space. Nothing was too much trouble for Cris or any of the team throughout right through to installation and beyond.

Brilliant service by Tom Howley Tunbridge wells. Highly recommend. My kitchen designer Tim Smith was extremely patient and happily actioned he numerous changes and amendments we requested over time. His design is great and incorporates all our requirements / wishes and more. Nothing was too much trouble.
Victoria n the office was also great to deal with. Knew or found the answers to all our questions. A pleasure to deal with.
The fitting and aftercare under the umbrella of Gary Cole has been really excellent. Fitters under Shahid were fast, tidy, hard working and did a fantastic job. Vince who did our paint touch up afterwards was also highly impressive. I got the impression nothing was too much trouble and they all really wanted us to be 100% happy with the end results. Which we are. Well done all.

Great experience from this company Matthew was really friendly, unbelievably helpful and knowledgable about their product. We are more than pleased with the service and the kitchen it’s great quality.

Billie from Tom Howley, Brentwood looked after us when choosing a kitchen and utility room . She listened carefully to what we needed from the area and designed a space we are truly thrilled with. Her patience was amazing as we must have had a zillion meetings discussing designs and products and forever changing our minds. The design was bespoke to our size and we didn’t need to waste any space. The installation team was amazing and after care was also great. I would highly recommend!

Our experience with Tom Howley was a really positive one. Billie designed our kitchen, then later on, Katy came on board. The design was fantastic. We had two fitters, whose craftsmanship was exceptional. As was the painter, who did the final touch ups. Our project manager always responded promptly if we had any questions, however small. The after service is also great. We are thoroughly delighted with our new kitchen, which works perfectly for our family. Can’t recommend Tom Howley enough.

Phenomenal design service, bespoke to our tricky open plan space. Excellent installation and aftercare too. Thoroughly recommended.

Designing our kitchen with Tom Howley Harrogate has genuinely been one of the most enjoyable parts of our renovation. Dan and the team in the Harrogate showroom were fantastic to work with and made the whole design process exciting and collaborative.

Following installation, Ty and his team have been professional and approachable, and they have always been easy to contact whenever we’ve had questions. The ongoing care and willingness to resolve finishing details has been appreciated.

Lee in particular has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall, we’re really pleased with both the design and the craftsmanship, and it has been a pleasure working with the Harrogate team.

After researching a few kitchen companies we decided to go with Tom Howley. The experience of dealing with them as a company, exceeded our expectations along every step of the process.
From the initial first meeting with our designer Stewart in the Cheltenham showroom, right through to the kitchen installation manager Martyn & kitchen fitter Mark, we were in the hands of skilled & competent people.
We felt guided through the process & always had any concerns addressed, nothing was ever too much trouble.
We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen & could not recommend Tom Howley enough, indeed we already have.
The build quality of their kitchens is excellent & the aftercare service with it.

Fantastic communication from Tom Howley from start to finish.

I went in to the Brentwood showroom and met with Katie Bennett. She was friendly, approachable and very professional. She really listened to what I was after and offered up great suggestions. She came to my home to measure up and go through in a lot of detail about how our kitchen woks for us and what we would want from the new kitchen. This was very in depth. I was then invited in to discuss designs and shown a price. I was extremely happy with everything. Katie sent me samples to my home of cupboards and worktops.

I then chose to go ahead. It’s all smooth sailing from there really. Katie kept me updated all the way through.

Our kitchen installation manager was Richard and he was excellent too. Very friendly and anything was not a problem. He dealt with my builder from start to finish. We had a few snagging issues but they were sorted out extremely fast.

Would wholeheartedly recommend Tom Howley. Fantastic service and beautiful kitchens.

We bought our kitchen from Tom Howley and six months later they came back to carry out some touch-ups — completely free of charge and with no hassle at all. The aftercare has been outstanding.

Lee Brown, who visited us, was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He took real pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect.
