The lady on the far right desk on the first floor of the showroom in Loughborough was so kind and helpful. We had come in to finalise our quote regarding worktops. We kept going between the silestone quartz and marble. She helped us identify the ones on the same floor and even called up design to make sure. She didn't make us feel like we were disturbing her at all and restored our positive experience with Devol.

Sadly, the first time we visited the showroom (when we were at the very start of our project) a person on the top floor was rather rude and felt like she was judging our questions on whether the company cover full project managing with plumbers/electrician. Not sure on her name sadly. But we're glad we gave the showroom a second go and now we're ordering almost everything from this company with an external designer/project manager to handle all trades and Devol.

You can have the lovely person/people on the first floor to thank for us being a customer. She deserves all the recognition.

As soon as I walk into my kitchen, I feel at ease. I love the atmosphere created by deVOL Kitchen’s furniture, its aesthetic appeal, its high quality, and its functionality.

What I’ve experienced recently—after four years of living in and with this kitchen—is exceptional customer service. The representative I spoke with was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. What made the service exceptional, however, was the ability to find common ground with me as a customer and thus identify and resolve the technical issue at hand. In the process, I also learned about a special type of wood joint: the “Hoffman Key” or, in German, the “Hoffmann-Schwalbe.”

Exzellent Customer Service

We recently ordered the aged copper sink including the ionian brass tap as well as knobs, handles, and a vent cover from deVOL as part of our kitchen project, and we couldn’t be happier with both the products and the overall experience.

The quality and craftsmanship of the hardware are outstanding – the finishes are beautiful, tactile, and feel truly premium. You can immediately tell that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into every piece. The look they create in our kitchen is exactly what we were hoping for.

What impressed us just as much was the customer service. They had been very helpful before we placed the order and even though we were slightly outside the official return window, the team handled our request with great understanding and flexibility. Communication was warm, professional, and very easy throughout the entire process.

It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality products with genuinely thoughtful customer care. We will definitely be ordering from deVOL again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Chloe was so incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Wonderful company to work with and beautiful products.

I recently placed an order for some ditsy Delft tiles and wallpaper for our kitchen renovation and there was an error with the items sent. I emailed DeVol about the error and Chloe immediately responded and was so patient and helpful and we figured out what the issue was and how to resolve it quickly. My initial panic was replaced with calm and confidence that everything would be taken care of. Chloe was so helpful and provided all the details needed to correct the mistake and to also return the items I shouldn't have received. Amazing customer service. I cannot wait to see my new kitchen with my DeVol tiles.

I live in Canada and I ordered handles and light sconses for a newly built kitchen. The quality, craftsmanship and beauty of the products were exactly as shown on their web site. The customer service is hands down the best. The items were shipped to Canada in a timely manner and arrived safe and sound. HIGHLY recommend.

I sent DeVOL an email on a Saturday morning with regards to an issue with a tap we’d bought a few years previous. I received a reply within a few minutes saying the issue would fall within the tap’s warranty period and new parts would be sent out. Those parts arrived a few days later, Royal Mail, Tracked 24. Excellent service provided by Chloe and Georgina in the DeVOL Customer Service team. There was zero fuss or hassle, just a very prompt response and my issue was resolved….can’t ask for better than that!

DeVol have been a real pleasure to work with from the start. Jordan, our designer, came up with an excellent design for our small kitchen. He was very patient when building changes meant the design needed modifying. The end result is outstanding, it has changed the feel of the whole house.
Jordan designed a large ‘spice rack’ for my Kilner jars that looks fantastic. His suggestions for colours and accessories were also spot on.
Thanks to Liberty too who guided the final phase with great attention to detail. A problem with the Kilner jar rack was quickly put right without fuss. The quality of everything is outstanding. We love our new kitchen!

What a pleasure this whole experience has been. Not often do you get the privilege of working with a company like DeVol. The quality of the craftsmanship is top shelf and the attention paid to every detail right down to the meticulous packaging of the cabinets and components is remarkable. Our kitchen involved 59 total boxes shipped to France and everything was in perfect order and correct. I have worked for decades as a carpenter and have installed many kitchens and this one is for sure a stand out. From my first visit to the showrooms in London I was met with friendly and very helpful staff and that has continued right up until the finished install. Always responsive and helpful with any questions and just a real pleasure to deal with. We have dreamed of a kitchen like this for many years and I couldn’t be happier that we chose DeVol. If we ever decide to pack up and leave France we may have to take it with us. If not we will certainly use DeVol again.

The faucet is beautiful and has worked perfectly. After 5 1/2 years, the spray nozzle became sticky and with one email, they happily and quickly sent a replacement! I wish every company stood by their products like this.

If I could give 100 stars to this great company I would!
First, shout out to Georgina who provides the most thorough, thoughtful and customer forward service possible. The products are so beautiful and well made. We have lighting (8 pendants) knobs and pulls on all our cabinets, 6 stools, shelf brackets, sink fixtures for two sinks, and the plates, switches and knobs for all the lighting. Our kitchen is so gorgeous and understated, everyone steps in and takes a moment to take it in, noticing one by one, the beautiful deVol touches. We chose deVol for the ascetic, we will stay for the quality of the products and even more, the quality of the people. We love our kitchen, we loved our deVol experience.

We have been using/buying deVol products for several years and not only do we find the survey excellent but the quality of their products is exceptional...Handcrafted with love and care and you sense that in everything about them...I could literally go 'on and on about them'

I had tried to order 3 of the same item on the website only to get a message that only 2 were in stock and my order couldn’t not be processed. Less than 12 hours (8 hour time difference) late, Chloe from customer service contacted me, got the website folks to fix the issue. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced!

From our first meeting with our designer, Katie, we felt confident that Devol was the right choice for our kitchen and we were so right. Our space was relatively small and not without its challenges but Katie helped us make the most of what we had and we could not be happier with the end result. The kitchen is a real talking point and whilst it's not the biggest kitchen we've ever had, it is definitely our favourite by a long way. The quality is superb and the company was helpful and supportive throughout the process.

I live in the United States and I worked with deVOL to design my kitchen and I've purchased several additional items through their website since then for other rooms in my house. I have been very impressed with the quality of everything I have received. Also, deVOL has excellent customer service - I have never had any issues getting in touch with devOL and everyone I have come into contact with has been very nice and professional. They are very easy to work with and I'd highly recommend them!
