Went shopping at the Tommy bahama store in the Oaks in Oklahoma City. I was help by a lady named Beverly. She always helps me when I go in…..although I spend too much. What great customer service. Beverly suggested items for me to try on. I ended up spending nearly $1500.

After reviewing my social security statement it appears that someone might have used my social security number to obtain employment at a Tommy Bahama business location.

This is the response I got when I emailed them to inform them of the issue. It seems as if they wish to protect the culprit.

I was notified of your reach out regarding potential identity theft. I am so sorry you are going through that.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide any information about any current or former employees due to confidentiality.

If you haven't done so already, I encourage you to reach out to your local authority's fraud unit for assistance.

Tommy Bahama dropped the ball big time when they stopped making the boracay Jeans for men. now they are selling jeans that are cheaply made and for more money.Sorry they will never see me or my friends anymore in any of their stores again.

Ordering the same item three times and still getting the wrong one is exhausting—especially from a big brand like Tommy Bahama where you expect the process to be smoother. And waiting 3+ weeks for a refund on something that expensive just adds insult to injury.

Put sale on effective Saturday morning but don’t staff warehouse until Monday. Take the cash when ordered placed but 4 days later still haven’t shipped. When call customer service they just say sorry. Seems like cash grab by someone about to go bankrupt.

It takes three months for Tommy Bahama to process a return. They do not share that information on their site or anytime during the purchasing process.

Signed up for "15% Off First Order" and when I finally received the code (after SO MANY marketing emails!) the code didn't work. I took the time to call and place the order instead. Of course, the item I was trying to buy was excluded. Even though the text I received with the code stated nothing about exclusions. Neither did the email. Only that the discount would apply to my "first order." Nope. Hard pass. I feel scammed. And bullied by all the emails. Go elsewhere!

Save your money from a failing vendor. Tommy Bahama was once a premier brand, but quality issues and poor customer service have reduced them to selling gift cards and $75 t-shirts - clear desperation. I'd doubt they last another year. I have purchased at least 30 shirts, but they seem to fall apart within a year or two. The last straw was a shirt that bled when it got wet. That's unacceptable for a luxury brand.

Very Unhappy with Award Voucher, once you use it you can't exchange or return. So if your item does not fit etc, it is gone.

Stay away from this brand. I sent $125 for a Disney shirt. Used it once, washes it per the instructions and by itself. The shirt shrunk ridiculously!!!!! From XL to M at best. Barely covers my stomach. They are not willing to make it right even after multiple attempts. Temu has better close than this.

Fast shipping and really nice colour, design and materials. Made in Vietnam NOT cheap nasty china.
I don't understand what all the bad reviews are about? I find this brand luxury and beautiful. I was shocked at how good my dress was, it's a cotton and spandex blend and made so light like paper so in the heat it's like I'm wearing nothing. It doesn't wrinkle so I can take it on vacation and I'm hoping they follow through with the $50 gift card for purchases over $250 because I'll be waiting for it to buy more clothes. The dress isn't too short but it is big so I'm guessing it's the proper size large not how these fast fashion cheap crap brands say large and it's more like an extra small, another trade mark of china made junk. Not this brand!!
I'll go in person to the store next time as this size seems larger on me.

I have to start off by saying I’ve been going there for 30 years love the old spot the new spot I have to get used to They got rid of the bread, disappointed about that. I placed a $147 order with Tommy Bahama Online Outlet in August 2025. I received an order number and a tracking number. After a month, I checked the tracking and say that the order had been delivered. That was not true. Neither Tommy Bahama Online Outlet, not Zonivia, an associated business, or their freight company, HRM would offer assistance in find my package or refunding my money. In fact, the TB outlet disavowed any responsibility and the freight company answered neither my emails nor online form. No proof of delivery was provided. I was cheated. Don't let it happen to you.

Tommy Bahama needs new designers, in my opinion. When an item is not broken, do NOT fix it. I have 30 pairs of the original Boracay pant; what an awesome pant to own! Now it has been replaced with the Boracay Island Chino, and you have said goodbye to me as a customer; they do not fit me properly. What a disaster this has created! the new pant looks like a work pant, cannot be dressed up, and extremely uncomfortable. Granted that I am not small with a 42-30 size, but I have no trouble with the originals. They are so tight at the knee that I have trouble walking. Feel free to change anything else, and I will definitely
have to find another store to frequent when I need a new item. This is really sad for me because the Tommy Bahama Store in Kierland, Scottsdale, has the best staff that I have ever met; they all know me there. This was brought on with a phone call from the store because of the special for 50% 0n the second pair. I had to state my opinion. I had tried them when they were first introduced.

Their shirts are lovely save for certain pullovers that fray around the collar badly! Their cotton tensile spandex shorts are good except the hems are made of the tensile and/or spandex and tend to wrinkle! I understand and appreciate the waist being expandable but not the hems! I am otherwise a fan and shop there often!

I found a couple items for the beach, spent a fortunate local stores, but similar bathing suits much less @Target compared to here, Seat part gaps. Thin cotton items way overpriced, made in China, for a huge profit when washed look limp. I've been to all the locations in Palm Beach Co. The winter season nothing I need, darker colors, not for climate here and can be annoying having people following when don't see anything I need. Nice candles, other gift items. I prefer the UV casual, beach, longer shorts fit and wear well. Found a large coffee mug I like a few years ago. I saw a few apparel at Kohl's, similar for only $29.99, same with Paradise Palm Beach nice tropical dresses for less at the Tangier Outlets. Didn't receive a receipt last trip and young man on phone didn't answer my math question without roundabout way, seemed to understand what I wanted to know.

I have given the Bluffton, SC outlet store over $10,000 in purchases over the past 20 years. I bought 2 pairs of shorts and a shirt that are too large. I requested a smaller size and my request was rejected. Now it is only if requested within 30 days. I know the manager and head sales person for many years. We will never enter any of their stores or restaurants ever again. No wonder their parent company stock dropped from $108 to $42 over the past 12 months and earnings are poor. When they treat long term loyal customers like this they will go bankrupt and disappear. They have stupid leadership. My company doesn’t know the word no. Anything any customer wants is answered with absolutely, it’s my pleasure. We always keep happy customers for life and they recommend us to friends. The lousy shorts and shirt probably cost them $30 but retail is $300. Stupid business policy to save their $30 and miss $500 or more in sales every year. Their cheap tenile fabric never comes clean if a food stain or grease gets on it. Treating people like this results in having their days numbered. The store employee said sales are poor.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service.

They have no online chat function, NEVER answer the phone, but have wait times of 60-70 minutes, NEVER respond to emails and after leaving at least five callback requests over 5 days, finally heard back yesterday.

Probably why their stock price has plummeted from about $100 to $30.

Most merchandise is excellent. However, their customer service when ordering from their website is horrible. You’d expect a premium experience when buying a premium product, but not here. I purchased $140 jeans. Excellent quality, but when they arrived, the leather Tommy Bahama logo patch was sewn to the jeans upside-down. Very odd. Obviously missed during QA. I called their customer service line and after waiting 25 minutes was told I’d have to pay for another pair of jeans and return the pair with the bad label. Once they receive the returned pair and approve the return, I’d get them refunded. So in other words, for an unknown amount of time, they would have $280 of my money for a single pair of jeans because of a silly mistake in their manufacturing process. I said no thank you. To make matters worse, if you attempt to return online, there is no option to simply do an exchange either. So my only option is to go to the store nearly an hour from my home. Clearly, I won’t make the mistake of ordering from them again. Shame - I do love the product. But they need to get their act together.
