I received a couple of button down long sleeved shirts for Mother's Day. I thought I might like them until I tried them on. Big, boxy with no contouring. They are so unflattering. I am not huge at all but they made me look that way. I would expect better tailoring for the price.

I love Vineyard Vines. Each year I get family outfits for our annual beach photos and it's become a wonderful tradition. I live in the long sleeve tees and grab as many as I can when they go on sale. Customer service online has always been helpful especially when needing a price adjustment or different size. Vineyard Vines customer for life!

Package never arrived
I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift. Paid extra for shipping so it would arrive on time. The shipper couldn't deliver my package for some unknown reason and it's being sent back. I have been charged for the item and haven't received a refund. I've reached out to VV 3x now with no response. Horrible business. Do not recommend ordering from them.

Beyond disappointed placed a $400 order for Christmas because over 200 was free ship by holiday BUT you have to choose the shipping method- is not automatic. Thanks Vineyard vines- my kids will not have their gifts for the holiday under the tree. Fix your website- why would someone order on Dec 21st for a Jan 6th delivery and meet the min threshold for holiday delivery on a purchase order!

Made an order, requested an expedited shipping, they said could not do this, called again to cancel order, they said it would be cancelled, item shipped a day later. Called again to get a refund and requested they return to sender, was hung up on by customer service.
Would not recommend this organization as there are a lot better places to order from. Horrible experience.
PLASTIC SHIRTS FOR OVER $100
They're selling shirts for $128 made of 43% plastic. Such a ripoff-who wants to wear a plastic shirt? Horrible quality for the prices they charge.
Disgraceful Company
Placed an order, and it still has not shipped - 6 days later. Called to cancel and was informed they are not able to cancel my order. What a disgrace. Expect to hear about chapter 11 shortly.

I had a pair of shorts that was missing the front button. I called customer service on Monday, the person was super helpful, sympathetic, and professional, and she overnighted me a new pair at no charge.

Their customer service is non-existent! They send their form letter in a reply to my inquiry one. But after that âcricketsâ. I sent a second email, this time no form reply, this time absolutely no reply or response at all.
Plus, they sometimes offer free shipping, which I thought I was receiving. I checked my email receipt a few days later to look for shipping information only to find that they charged me a shipping cost. I asked why in an email again not to get any response from them! I used to really like their products, but one of the t-shirts I received, the logo wore off after one wash- $49.50 for plain shirt is not what I paid for! Iâm so disappointed. I will no longer purchase their products.
What ever happened to Customer Service?
This review relates to a recent order of a hooded sweatshirt. I placed my order during one of their sales and a few days later received an email saying that they no longer had that piece. Instead they offered me 25% off and free shipping on my next order. The item I ordered was 70% off, so a promo code for 25% off a regular priced item was not an equivalent offer. I picked a similar item and sent an email to their Customer Service email address saying they could substitute it at the same price. No response. I tried again. No response. I tried calling, but was on perma-hold, so hung up. I tried email one more time and still no response. I've given up. I like their clothes and appreciate their sales, but their customer service is awful! I will think long and hard before placing another order with this company.
ridiculously slow
I ordered a couple items. They took four days and an email for me to even start the order for delivery. Then they created a label with a tracking number and they took another four days to actually have it picked up. It was originally when I purchased it supposed to get there by tomorrow the 20th and now it says it should get there by the 23rd so missed the birthday thanks so much for your terrible service that Iâll never use again

They have let their Live Chat people go. Quality has been on the decline for quite some time. Try Tommy Bahama or Tommy Hilfiger for better service, quality, quick delivery. It's a shame. Vineyard Vines good in its' hayday, but no longer. Avoid.
Beware! Terrible Customer Service.
On Saturday, June 7, beginning at 11am, I tried to order two e-gift cards on the Vineyard Vines website but the website stalled and would not accept the command to "add to card." . The customer service recording at phone number (1-800-892-4982) said that customer service was "currently closed for the day but we'll be happy to help you TOMORROW."
Note that Saturday office hours are listed as 9am - 5:30am ET. Presumably, someone should have been available at 11am. "Tomorrow" is Sunday, today, for which no hours are listed.
I sent an email to the tieguys address asking to have someone contact me by text, email or at my cell number so I could complete my order and have the e-gift cards sent to my email address.
A customer service rep sent me an email reporting that she tried to call my cell but got my voicemail. There was no record of a call from 1-800-892-4982 so I replied to her email. She called again and this time, I was able to pick up and speak to "Lovy," who tried valiantly to help me complete my order. I provided my credit card and details of the order. A few hours later, I received an email from Vineyard Vines acknowledging ONE of the two e-gift cards but no access to the actual e-card and a host of links and gobbledegook. I tried calling Lovy again but she did not answer. This morning, I sent another email to the tieguys address and texted 1-203-400-6688. No response from the email but the text response was completely unhelpful: apparently, "Text is available M-F, 9am-5pm EST."
This situation has been in effect since FRIDAY! It's outrageous that the tech support group at Vineyard Vines is not all over this and working to resolve the website problem ASAP.
While I very much appreciate Lovy's attempts to assist me with my order for TWO $50 e-gift cards, and recognize that Vineyard Vines should be thrilled to have someone as caring, professional and courteous as she was representing them, I wish I could say the same about the marketing management team and tech support.
Net, if you consider doing business with Vineyard VInes, my advice is "caveat emptor."
Horrible customer service
Made an order February 25âŠafter waiting 6 weeks my order never arrived so I requested a refund. I was told it would be expedited. It is now May 5 and I have yet to receive my refund. I email them weekly and Iâm told that their refund department is very busy. Will never, ever order from here again

Sketchy. the same size, different color t-shirts fit COMPLETELY different. SOOOOOOO overpriced too. I will never trust them. They dont tell you whether things come from the outlet or actual store.
2 weeks and no order/response received
I ordered several items from their online store and my order was neglected and forgotten about. After a couple of days waiting on a tracking number they finally responded to my sent email saying the order was shipped. I inputted the tracking number and the label was created the same day that I received the email. The company stated my order would arrive approximately 2 weeks from initial purchase, and I have yet to receive my order nor have I received a response from other sent emails. I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company.
