I ordered 2 shirts from Tom Ralph $70 dollars worth of shirts They did not fit and I requested a return and refund the same day that I received the shirts

The company’s support team refuses to answer my emails and requests for a refund

The fabric is terrible, size is two sizes off, all labels taken off, material is not what you see online, very cheap material.
Do yourself a favour save your time and money. I would not recommend using them and give them less than a one star rating.

Worst customer service ever. Shirts are smaller, way smaller! When reached out to customer. Are to return, they never respond. Worst chinese company ever! Never ever purchase from them!

Ordered one shirt. It took a long time to come in. Felt really weird, because all the tags were cut out of the shirt. There were no tags for size, brand or care instructions.

Absolute joke of a company. I paid for goods, was sent the wrong size and they will not refund my money. Do not order anything from this company as they do not care about anything!!

I was a little apprehensive to order clothing online from a vendor I didn't know, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Davante T-Shirt material and the fit. I had a question concerning an issue with one of the T-shiirts, which was addressed and resolved promptly. I will be ordering more in the near future.

I order man t-shirt I got delivered and open check t-shirt they been cut off tag why? I think possible it fake t-shirt?

Purchased two shirts (XXL). Received them about 3 weeks from purchase date. The shirts were the size of a normal medium size. Emailed the company for a return and refund. Emailed a second time. Finally received a response giving the return policy but not instructions. Emailed again and received a response that they would refund 50% of my purchase. Emailed again requesting a full refund only to get a response that I could return the shirts back to China at my expense. After checking, I discovered that it would cost me about the same cost as I paid for one shirt! I was also informed that it would take about 30 days for them to process the refund and if it met their satisfaction, they would issue a refund. But if I did not receive the refund in about 10 days to contact them again. Finally after becoming exhausted with the ordeal, I settled on receiving a refund of 50%.
Every thing about this experience is just wrong and extremely poor company policies and product! Shame on Tom Ralph Company. I would never recommend this company!

Utterly rubbish, bad material, bad hardware, bad construction. Much worse than photographs.

After placing an order for 3 shirts and receiving them, I discovered I ordered the wrong size. I also realized I didn’t have my order number. After contacting Tomralf they sent me the info I needed and my replacement shirts are on there way. What great service!!! Way to go Tomralf!!!

Would leave less than one star if possible. Shirt too small even though ordered the correct size, have sent messages to request return via FB messenger, email and enquiry page on website. No response to any message for almost 2 weeks. Suspect I’ll not get a reply now. DO NOT BUY, WISH I HAD SEEN THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

Item was shipped from china with all tags cut out. So no idea what kind of shirts they are. They were all extrmemely small. When I emailed to complain, they said send it back, but their policy states it has to have tags, and oh I have to pay to have it shipped back to China. Total scam. I have filed complaints with the ag office in my state.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. This is a total scam company. It says in their items that you can return them. Sure if you want to return them to China and spend more than the shirts are worth. The quality is terrible there a share, as as anything, and they are just poor quality do not buy them. This is totally a scam company.

I get the shirts the size tag is cut off and a label stuck to the plastic says xl and the shirt is actually minumum medium at best
Very deceptive to pull that off

Saw this company on instagram. Shirts they were advertising looked good. So I ordered. Waited ages for them to arrive. The material was thinner than I expected. My husband didn’t like them so I’ve tried to make a return. They have not even acknowledged my email. There is no paperwork sent to return any items. I expect you wouldn’t get your money back even if you did return. The customer service is poor. BE CAREFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Wish I had reviewed this company before I ordered. Lesson learnt.

Have been trying to exchange a few shirts as they were not the right size. Customer support has been less than responsive. I got one email back saying that they had received my message and would get back to me. 3 weeks later..no response, no resolution. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

No response on a simple exchange because the shirts are not true to size...RUN FOR THE HILLS

Items literally don't fit and customer service doesn't exist. Definitely a Scam.

They will not send returns address. Will be contacting my bank to reverse transaction.
