Toms Garage Doors レビュー

This company wanted £650 to fix my garage door , which I finally got fixed by a local company for £250. (they say they are local but they are a national company putting local area codes in all areas so people think they are (local) to them . I rang them and told them they were despicable to charge so much and they were arrogant and said well you got it done cheaper- good for you. When they originally came and looked at the door they were very nice but when I said the price was too high, they completely changed.
I know you can’t really say this but in my humble opinion the wildest comes to mind.
Money grabbing miserable affront to the decent and kind man that came out from just down the road and fixed it that day with no drama.
All I can say is ‘BEWARE’ shop around first.

Excellent service, gives the price before they start the job, very professional. Would fully recomend.

Excellent service, garage door repaired and working better than before. Thank you.

Repair was fine and took less than half an hour - I felt £350 or thereabouts to replace broken cable was very expensive

Very pleased with with speed of appointment and job done with in afternoon. Thank you.

Excellent service, quick and efficient. Price was reasonable given the complexity on site.

A ridiculously overpriced service. My father in law managed to do for £20 what they were quoting for £400

quick local service, no messing.

Very quick response and professionaly resolved

Your company was quick and efficient in repairing our garage doors on Monday 14 Sept 2026. Thank you.

Great fitter,but very pricey

Had emergency with up-and-over motorised double door. Support collapsed on one side, bringing door down on to roof of car. Tom's was approachable and helpful. Repairs were provided speedily and efficiently with minimum fuss at reasonable cost.

Relableand trustworthy, he carried out the work to a high standard.

Friendly, reliable and efficient service; I would highly recommend them for any garage door repairs or installations.

Sirs, your engineer was very prompt, helpful and efficient and polite, albeit a bit expensive. he sorted the malfunction quickly, many thanks.
We contrasted your response to that of Garolla who
made and fitted the garage door, they are quite frankly grim/hopeless.

Grateful that the door was fixed, but was charged £249 for a job that lasted less than 60 seconds? Absolute rip-off.

£249 for a job that took exactly 49 seconds

Quoted £1089.00 then lowered to £995.00 then lowered to£650.00. Got the part myself for£178.00. Total rip off merchants.

Quick response. Engineer helpful and polite
