Very sorry for all the trouble caused regarding the unforeseen issues with DPD. They reported that they were unable to locate/access your premises, as a result the parcel is being returned to us.
To resolve this matter we will send another umbrella out from our stock. also using an alternative courier to play it safe. DPD are usually excellent and extremely reliable, but we will use Parcel Force this time.
As mentioned in our email conversations, updates will be provided on your new delivery. We will also pop a gift in as an apology and to thank you for your patience.
