Tooaleta

Horrible experience ordering here. We cancelled our order and shipped back the goods. Communication with their Sales rep “Thomas” went very smooth ordering up to the point that we wanted to cancel. For all customers thinking about ordering here.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!

This “Thomas” totally ghosted our messages, did not respond to emails, phone number also not able to reach.

We have been waiting for a very long time now for our refund. I suggest “Thomas” to do the right thing and give us back our money.

My order never showed up and no refund was given even thou agreed over email.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

Communication was great until I place the order. After that, it all stopped. A month later, still no sign of the shipment. I asked for a refund, they said they did it, but still nothing in my bank account.

Order number 2300531

We've ordered 3 GROHE Sensia Arena 2.0. Payed 5151.29 euro 2.5 month ago and... didn't get them.
There were a lot of messages, that one of the toilets is broken, that they need time to make export declaration, then they told that delivery company cannot send to the private person, and now they do not answer for more then 2 weeks. All the phone numbers are silent. Web chat is silent. Email is silent too. They are scammers!

I paid 5300 euro for 3 Vitra V-Care Prime Rim-Ex Smart Wall Hung Shower toilet 7231B403-6216. İt has been 105 days since my order and no sign from them. Phone numbers on site are not reachable. Totally a scam website.
