Excellent Communication and service.

Goods never received, no offer of replacement or refund. Had to contact toolbuyer twice before being supplied with a tracking number showing successful delivery that has no reference to either my name or address. If that was tracking information for my parcel why was it not supplied to me upon dispatch of goods instead of after I contacted them about good not delivered. Buyer beware.

Paid for next delivery ordered Friday did not arrive until following Wednesday - no respond to email and no one answers phone .

I had no issues whatsoever, just what you want when ordering online, price and quality were good.would use again

The drill bits I ordered came very quickly, especially so as they were sent by free second class delivery. They were exactly as described and ordered, and good value.

The first shipment was resent to the seller by Royal Mail. Kevin responded very quickly and sent the order again and I received it a few days later. He followed up on how everything went. Top service, thank you my best recommendation

I ordered a 5lb hammer and was sent a 2kg or 4.4lb one. 3 emails later and company said they were looking into it. I heard nothing else. Obviously too heavy to pay expense of sending back. Not impressed.

Paid for next day delivery but didn’t get it. Ordered it Friday received it the following Wednesday. Not impressed so got ripped off on the post. Didn’t reply to two emails I sent & when you call them there’s nobody to take your call. You leave a message & nobody calls you back. Product was good when it finally arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a replacement part for a Joseph Joseph bin. The site is not very clear about the actual sending costs (in this case: since it was shipped for the UK, import duties apply) upfront. The site also lacks actual instructions or video's on how to mount the replacement part.
