Customer service was fantastic

Customer service was fantastic. I was at work when my tools arrived at the maddington store and I wouldn't have made pick up on time. My wife collected the tools for me and when the staff saw my wife carrying our baby they tool the tools to the car for her.

Great experience

Great experience! I ordered some parts that unfortunately weren’t needed for my car. The team at Machter was very helpful in organizing the return, provided great follow-up, and processed a prompt refund for the parts I sent back. I would recommend Machter to anyone looking for high-quality parts at affordable prices, along with excellent customer service.

Tools were as described

Tools were as described. But the order wasn't picked and sent until a few weeks later after I emailed asking where they were. So the job i was on was over before I got the tools I needed. It was my 3rd order with toolmart and I'm unlikely to use them again.

since the order placed call few times


since the order placed call few times to organise for delivery & after 3 days from
order it is dispatched from toolmart but still bot received. since order already 11days & still waiting to receive the parcel & tracking also doesn’t say anything about delivery date.
very disappointed avout this service

Hi Anushka, looking at the tracking on your parcel it appears this is being held up by Australia Post because of the railway disruptions after severe weather.
