Ordered online

Ordered online, pickup in store.
Unfortunately I picked the wrong store, and the one I went to offered to have the delivery delivered to them. I mistook the location of the other store, and had to drive further than needed.

I had to chase up/ email about my order and ask for an eta as it was all local.
Magically the response was sorry we will send it out now.

Very good customer service

I ordered the wrong product and the customer service consultant was more than helpful. He sent me the link, after I described what product I wanted. Then he recalled the first product back to the warehouse so I could be issued with a refund. Very pleased. Thank you.
