Good experience, worth it product

Such a good experience on purchasing the product

I ORDERED BALWAN BS-22D 20 LITER 12 V/12 AH SPRAYER ON 04-02-2026 ORDER ID GS11803579 I DID NOT GET YET AND MY ORDER IS SHOWING CANCELLED NOW WHEN WILL IGOT MY REFUND PLEASE CONFIRM ME ON MY CONTECT NO 9413900343

Worst to utter waste service..
Worst company.. I ordered a weed remover (heavy duty manual weeder) head pece from this site with full upfront online payment. After one week customer care guy called me up and said, the product is not available with them and a same product of another manufacturer is available. Iraised a concern whether it will suit my tail part or not. Then he said, if it dosent suit, i can return it. Upon this i gave confirmation for the product. But when the product arrived, firstly I had to pay additional Rs.105 COD. After opening its found that its not suiting my tail piece. So i asked for a return of that product. But they turned down my request claiming that i raised the query after 72 hours of delivery. But i proved it will the delivery timings, that i claimed the return even before 72 hours. Then they came up saying that as per my confirmation, right product has been delivered and it cannot be taken back. This is a vlear case of betrayal. Wost experience.. I must sue them.

It was even pathetic that after my negative review on this platform, toolsvilla is trying to justify their side. They are saying that additional Rs.105 is remaining balance amount only. My question is how can they charge me with out any prior intimation over phone, e mail oe WhatsApp.? I challenge them if they can provide any proof of their intimation or my consent, i will withdraw my claim.. If they had intimated me about the additional amount, I would have rejected the order atonce. Utter waste customer grievance system..

This review is about Smart Animal Light purchased from Toolsvilla. Please do NOT buy anything from Toolsvilla.

Right from purchase, any dealing with Toolsvilla is painful. Soon after I opted for almost CoD option and paid the necessary amount, I got a WhatsApp message informing me that the transaction didn't go through, whereas the web site had shown me a confirmation message.

This product is very confusing to use. There is no user manual or demo video to show how to use the product. The box comes with a business card, where you are supposed to call for any troubleshooting. It has been a month since I purchased the product, and it is still a struggle to use it. And Toolsvilla refuses to listen if the customer is unable to use the product.

When you call customer support, they say they are not responsible for the product and it does not come with any guarantee.

Agar aap farm ya industrial equipment dhund rahe hain, toh Toolsvilla best option hai. Inki post-sales service bhi bahot supportive hai, koi issue ho toh turant help karte hain. Highly recommended site for tools.

Ordered a pressure pump on dec 28 and delivery promised on Jan 5th. Till Jan 12 they were unresponsive and then on Jan 13 say the product got returned,Please never waste time and money on these bunch of unethical, unprofessional guys who have no control on any aspect of logistics.

I received a damaged product. Even after sending video proof twice, customer care told me to use it as-is and refused replacement. This raises serious concerns about ToolsVilla selling refurbished/defective items as new.
Completely unprofessional and shows zero regard for consumer rights. I am escalating to Consumer Forum and public awareness platforms so other buyers can make informed decisions. Not recommended

Fraud complaint, donot return damage product cheater

Purchased a Double motor battery operated sprayer, defective non ISI product, received after 10days. The product packed in non standard pack. Intimated toolsvilla with photo. Corresponding Toolsvilla since 40 days.
Neither replacing with ISI right product nor returning paid and delay compensation. Toolsvilla is advised to open and check wires, which toolsvilla removed for transporting. Toolsvilla fraudulent company it seems, don't buy products through this site. Lodged a complaint with consumer forum. Hope, the consumer forum will resolve. Stop buying from tools villa.
