Loan application process was easy but on the other hand the online account isn't great as you can't manage your loan online. Emails aren't replied. Only the staff on the phone are great. Overall l'd s... もっず芋る

Error 404 on the last screen. No response from them when both emailed and sent an online message. Just an email advising referred and i would hear in 24 hours. I did try a few times on different bro... もっず芋る

Error and no response - same as others, error messaging when applying but did get email saying will hear back in 24hours but nothing at all. Feels like data scam to me and I have reported them.

Easy and clear process

Very good notification of the process from start to finish. The website was easy to use, intuitive and simple.
Their decision to offer the loan was quick.
The customer service representative was very helpful. They helped with completing my application and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend.
