DREADFUL!! Stay away from this company. The reality is wigs that look nothing like the pictures and there is 0 customer service.

Looks nothing like what I ordered, the smell is horrific, seams, I requested a refund and got no response… Don’t do it!!

Truffa legalizzata, se potessi andrei a prenderli per il collo, ho fatto un acquisto che volevo restituire perchè il prodotto è veramente scadente e non corrispondente alla descrizione, inviato 3 mail, scritto e telefonato al numero whathapp, un azienda fantasma e la cosa bella è che continuano indisturbati a truffare gente on line, schifo!!!!!!

Kupiłam perukę z "naturalnych" włosów a otrzymałam plastik! Nie odpowiadajå na maile! Oszustwo! Dlaczego takie firmy w ogóle istnieją? Pieniądze wyrzucone na śmieci!

Compré 2 pelucas y digo pelucas porque en el vídeo eran pelucas, cuando recibí el pedido ni eran pelucas ni se parecían a lo que pedí. Eran toppers y no me sirven de nada ya que no tengo suficiente cabello para poder colocar los clicks. Llevo desde el día que las recibí que fue el día 31 mandando mensajes y WhatsApp a los números de teléfono y correo electrónico que indica en la web y no recibo respuesta alguna. Si no queréis tirar el dinero no compréis aquí.

The wig has nothing to do with the image you showed us . The quality is very cheap .

Took long time to arrive. Send wrong item. Did not respond to query within 24 hours as it says on website. Still no reply after 4 weeks. Keep your money!

Ordered a blond hair topper and a dark grey one arrived. Emailed them 4 times and they couldn't be bothered to reply. Avoid at all costs. Big con.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I purchased. I am a cancer patient who has lost all her hair. I purchased a wig from this uncaring company. Totally wrong colour arrived. !! Iv sent numerous emails but have had absolutely no response to my request to return it. No customer care at all. . I will be giving them a wide birth from now on. Unscrupulous !!

WARNING!!! Do not use this company. You will be sent a cheap, fake looking product and when you try to contact them you will be ignored. I have tried all ways of contacting phone, message, email multiple times with no acknowledgement. If you want cheap rubbish like they have just go to your local costume shop and buy a wig, it would be better quality and cost effective. These people are scammers and you will not have a good outcome if you buy from them.

Hanno sbagliato modello, colore e lunghezza. Capelli finti, tipo bambola. Non rispondono ai solleciti per essere rimborsati.

I had a terrible experience from start to finish. The item arrived in the wrong size and color, completely different from what I ordered. The materials felt cheap and flimsy — definitely not worth the price. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one ever responded. It's frustrating and unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product altogether.

I just paid $50 for a wig. They never sent anything. They don't answer emails, whatsapp messages or anything.
COMPLETE FRAUD.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM..DO NOT BUY. I managed to get my money back through PayPal. NOT human hair and NOTHING like advertised. AVOID...

The wigs were not at all as advertised.
I sent them back.
No refund has happened.
I sent them back in February, and it is now nearly November.
Do NOT order from this company !

I will not even give it one star. A complete waste of money. Nylon. The base hair is brown the top is blonde. Its not blended. Its not shapely. It is just horrible.

Parrucca completamente diversa dalla foto sul sito, qualità pessima, non di capelli veri ma orribili sintetici giusto adatti a Halloween o Carnevale. Ridicoli. Ho richiesto il reso non hanno risposto. Se potessi darei un voto ancora più basso. Purtroppo prima di acquistare non avevo letto le recensioni. Video ingannevoli, è una truffa.
