I had some issues to resolve and Jamal was very prompt at reviewing the situation and assisting me with the issue. She clearly explained the process and was very understanding. I definitely appreciated her professionalism.

De positieve reviews lijken mij fake. Bedrijf zit achter scam praktijken! Schrijven ongevraagd bedragen af van je creditcard. Ze adverteren met hele andere producten die je (te goedkoop) kan kopen. Vervolgens geef je je creditcard gegevens en worden er andere onduidelijke afschrijvingen gedaan. Niet intrappen dus!

Ze lokken je met nep advertenties (in mijn geval met een verhaal over een ontslag bij Decathlon en dat je via de advertentie goedkoop aan een merk rugzak kan komen). Je vult wat vragen in en moet je creditcard gegevens invullen. Je ziet het vinkje dat je een abonnement afsluit (en dus geen rugzak besteld) door de overdaad aan vragen over het hoofd.

Vervolgens krijg je kort daarna te maken met een afschrijving op je creditcard van dit bedrijf.

It's been over 15 days since I was promised to refunded till today, I was even asked to delete my first review so that they can process my refund, this guys are scammers, they are not to be trusted, they don't even respond to my emails anymore and they refuse to pay me back

My cancellation request was handled very quickly and I received confirmation by email. Customer service was polite and helpful. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you!"
