Разочароващо отношение към дългогодишен клиент
Ползвам услугите на компанията от повече от 10 години и никога не съм очаквал подобно отношение.
Наскоро наех автомобил за 26 дни и заплатих около 1100 евро. При получаването автомобилът ми беше предоставен много мръсен и кален, включително по джантите. Имам снимки, които ясно показват състоянието му при получаването.
При връщането автомобилът беше чист и тогава ми беше посочена драскотина, за която ми казаха, че ще ми бъдат начислени 120 евро за щетата плюс 30 евро административна такса.
Показах снимките на Преслав и Мария и им обясних, че автомобилът е бил мръсен и че поради това е напълно възможно драскотината да е била налична още преди да го получа, но да не е била видима.
Не смятам за справедливо клиентът да бъде таксуван за щета, когато автомобилът е бил предоставен в такова състояние и няма убедително доказателство, че драскотината е причинена по време на неговия наем.
Като клиент повече от 10 години очаквах много по-добро отношение и по-справедливо разглеждане на случая.
Надявам се компанията да преразгледа случая и да покаже повече внимание към своите дългогодишни клиенти.

Very pleasant and convenient service
Very pleasant and convenient service, both at pickup and dropofff. At dropoff we had the representative waiting at the parking, which made the experience much less stressfull than usual. The only complaint is that the shuttle from the airport to the head office took a long time to arrive.

Amazing staff member
The blond lady Zhana (I think it’s her name) has been the nicest and cutest person. She accompanied us the best way possible.
The process was really easy and 100% clean as we know sometimes it might be tricky with other agencies. No additional sales has been tried to be done. I recommend 100%.

The shuttle from the Airport to the…
The shuttle from the Airport to the Head office not working as per schedule. Me and my family has been waiting 30 min at 35' before arriving. Once it came the driver ask me for my name if is on the list?! Was not there, so we have to wait another 30 mins before next one arrived. Same situation we have winter time at -5'.

During the peak summer season, there can be periods of increased passenger volume, which may lead to temporary shuttle delays. Our shuttle service is scheduled to operate approximately every 10–15 minutes.

The last and final time !!!
I booked a car and when I arrived at the old airport to collect it ,they left from the office just a minutes ago. Well known trick . Wait for them ,try to call them ... Nothing!!!
That was my last experience with them ,and will be the final too.
Also a friend of mine used their services and they try to charge him extra money when he go to collect the car. Hidden taxes etc..

Машина очень тесная и неудобная внутри . При моем росте 183 см. ,я я ощущал тесноту от руля в ногах и сбоку ,так как руль не поднимался на комфортную высоту и из за этого плохо была видна панель управления ! По видимому это машина для людей ростом до 170 см. и меньше, хотя снаружи она выглядит большой . Единственный плюс ,на мой взгляд ,это расход бензина и плавность переключения передач в коробке автомат ! Расход бензина очень маленький , что приятно удивило !

Nice small car
Nice small car, low consumption.
Not the newest, but it was perfectly fine for us two to drive around the entire country of Bulgaria for 6 days.
Paid for full protection so we wouldn’t worry about anything.
All perfect!!

It was easy and fast to communicate during ordering the car. The staff was very nice - the shuttle drivers and at the office and everything went smooth.
Recommended to take extra time at pickup and drop off because perhaps some people before you and filling some forms and so. The staff was very efficient it just takes what it takes

Customer care non existent in Sofia main office
I have been using the company for many years and have always had fantastic experience until this rental from their Sofia office. The lack of courtesy and customer care displayed by “Ivan Ivanov”- no doubt not his real name was appalling. Having had to also contact the call centre twice and lack of care and support was totally flabbergasting. For context- my mother had emergency brain tumour surgery but asking for change in plans and some consideration in those tough times was too much to ask.
Having said all that when I dropped the car off in Varna and paid 190 euros for the privilege, the staff there couldn’t have done more for me and my kids. Goes to show it is all down to the customer facing staff.
Going forward I will be avoiding Sofia at all costs and definitely continue using Varna and Burgas. It is a shame that the actions of one office has tainted my experience with otherwise decent company.

We have carefully reviewed the points you have raised both in your review, and in the email you have sent us.
We understand your disappointment with the vehicle's cosmetic condition. However, vehicles may remain in service when cosmetic marks do not affect their safety or roadworthiness especially during the peak summer season. An alternative vehicle could have been arranged, but this would have required approximately three hours to prepare, which would understandably not have been a practical solution in your circumstances.
We are equally concerned about the way you felt you were treated by our Sofia team and call center. Courtesy, empathy and a willingness to assist are standards we expect from all our colleagues. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant management team, and measures will be taken immediately to prevent such situations in the future.
The €190 one-way rental fee is a standard charge for returning the vehicle in Varna rather than Sofia, as the vehicle then needs to be relocated back to its original location, creating additional operational costs. In consideration of your circumstances, we did not charge the separate €60 amendment fee that normally applies to a last-minute change.
Nevertheless, we are very pleased to hear that our colleagues in Varna and Burgas provided you and your children with the care and assistance you needed. We will make sure your kind words are shared with those teams.
We sincerely regret that this experience has affected your overall impression of our company. We value your many years of trust in Top Rent A Car and hope we will have the opportunity to restore your confidence.
