This is exactly how every rental company should work: friendly staff, contradictory check of the car at pick-up and drop-off, rather low deposit (€ 480), no haggling for extra insurance and immediate chargeback of your deposit on the spot at drop-off. Moreover, all staff was very friendly (person at Terminal 2 office, minivan driver, staff handling the contract and the person helping us to connect the phone to the Android Auto system of the car). I rent lots of cars every year in all parts of the world and I can't fault this company on anything. Everything was perfect from the start until the end! 👍🏻 The best car rental company I've ever used. Oh yes, I was going to forget: they also provided reduction cards for several petrol stations, paid for the toll on the Bulgarian roads and told us not to wash the car (it's included). 👌🏻 I know there is a competition going on between staff members, so the person handling the contract was called Ivan Ivanov but everyone was great (especially the person who helped us with Android Auto). A small remark would be that our voucher only mentioned the phone number of the office at Terminal 2, while we actually had to pick-up the car at the Head Office (we didn't know that). Moreover, when we tried calling this number (we arrived at Terminal 1), the number didn't seem to be working. Something to check by you guys at Top Rent a Car (but I'm sure you will). Fortunately, after having taken the bus to Terminal 2, we could speak to someone at the office in Terminal 2 but we lost lots of time at arrival because of this wrong and incomplete information.

All in all a great car, with a spacious trunk, which is very usefull as a tourist... The only downside is the center rear seat (we were 5 passengers), where there's not enough place for the passenger's feet.

Efficaci e chiari nella scelta delle auto e dei servizi connessi. Ho richiesto tra gli optional la documentazione per l'espatrio ed è stata realizzata preventivamente dall'Italia con un guadagno di tempo notevole. Infatti, consegna dell'auto in aeroporto in tempi record (nonostante il netto ritardo del volo da Roma). Ottima l'auto. Riconsegna dell'auto in tempi altrettanto veloci. Addetti molto cortesi e professionali. Sicuramente ripeterò l'esperienza con Top Rent Car

Facile da individuare il noleggio macchina all'interno dell'aeroporto personale gentile e disponibile anche se noi non parlavamo bene la lingua ottimo

CUIDADO ESTAFADORES!

Reservamos un coche atraves de la plataforma Discovery y contratamos seguro total con ellos. Al alquilar el coche nos dijeron que no teniamos ninguna proteccion con ellos (TOP RENT CAR) y si pasaba algo lo teniamos que abonar de nuestro bolsillo, así mismo recomendaban que contrataramos su propio seguro, a lo que nos negamos. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa al entregar el coche, un rasguño en uno de los tapacupos al que te tienes que agachar y acercar a 10 cm para verlo. La fiesta nos costó 190€ para algo cuesta a lo mejor 5€? Llevad cuidado con esta empresa, y mirad con lupa (literalmente)el coche que alquileis, algo que nosotros no vimos a las 2 de la madrugada por que era imposible verlo de noche

Świetna obsługa, auto przygotowane po wcześniejszej rezerwacji z 2 fotelikami dla dzieci. Minimum czasu poświęconego na odebranie i zwrot auta.

Разочароващо отношение към дългогодишен клиент

Ползвам услугите на компанията от повече от 10 години и никога не съм очаквал подобно отношение.

Наскоро наех автомобил за 26 дни и заплатих около 1100 евро. При получаването автомобилът ми беше предоставен много мръсен и кален, включително по джантите. Имам снимки, които ясно показват състоянието му при получаването.

При връщането автомобилът беше чист и тогава ми беше посочена драскотина, за която ми казаха, че ще ми бъдат начислени 120 евро за щетата плюс 30 евро административна такса.

Показах снимките на Преслав и Мария и им обясних, че автомобилът е бил мръсен и че поради това е напълно възможно драскотината да е била налична още преди да го получа, но да не е била видима.

Не смятам за справедливо клиентът да бъде таксуван за щета, когато автомобилът е бил предоставен в такова състояние и няма убедително доказателство, че драскотината е причинена по време на неговия наем.

Като клиент повече от 10 години очаквах много по-добро отношение и по-справедливо разглеждане на случая.

Надявам се компанията да преразгледа случая и да покаже повече внимание към своите дългогодишни клиенти.
