Despite renting the car with Premium insurance with a â¬0 security deposit, your company has already charged my card a total of â¬190 for unjustified expenses.
That's called stealing! I can't believe Top Rent A Car need to steal from his customers to survive.

I was late 4 hours with the returning of the car. I know my fault. But a bit hard to be charged:
-Delay fee 36 euros
- charged for 2 extra days 64 euros
-2 extra days for childrens seats. 8 euros.
When i call and spoke to costumers service i explaimed that in the contract is says from 4-24 hours delay same fee when i told them that i Can keep the car untill just before 24 hours the threat me that they would call the police.
This firm charges you for everything is sick real Mafia methods.

As you mentioned, the vehicle was returned approximately 4 hours later than the agreed return time stated in the rental agreement. The fees applied were not arbitrary and were charged in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the rental contract, which was reviewed and signed at the start of the rental period.
Regarding the section of the agreement referring to delays between 4 and 24 hours, this provision does not grant authorization to keep the vehicle for up to 24 additional hours without consequences. The purpose of this clause is to explain the charging structure that applies when a vehicle is returned late. As explained by our staff during the return process, once the agreed rental period expires, the vehicle is no longer covered by an active rental agreement under the original terms. For this reason, it is important that the vehicle is returned as soon as possible after the scheduled return time.
Late returns can also affect vehicle availability for subsequent reservations and create operational difficulties for other customers who may be expecting the same vehicle. Therefore, the applicable delay fees and additional rental charges are applied according to the contract provisions and our standard operating procedures.
We would also like to clarify that our customer service team did not intend to threaten you. Their responsibility is to explain the contractual obligations associated with a vehicle that remains outside the agreed rental period. In situations where a vehicle is not returned within the contractual timeframe, rental companies are required to take appropriate measures to protect company property and comply with legal and insurance requirements.
We value all customer feedback and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we believe the charges applied in this case were consistent with the terms accepted at the time of rental and were not imposed outside of the agreed contractual framework.
