Second Purchase arrived today. Both times now my orders came well packed and in a timely manner so I will no doubt be shopping there again.

Please avoid this scam company
Please avoid this scam company. Sent a faulty unit and refused to refund unless we paid excessive shipping to return it. Since we don't want anything to do with this brand, we just wanted a cash refund, not a replacement, and certainly not spend more money shipping it back in good faith the scammers would honor the return.
They also removed the item from our purchase history in Mydeal, so we couldn't even leave feedback or escalate to Mydeal. Forced to do a credit card charge back.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

The batteries ended up at Davidson an hour away from Kenthurst. The co. Was informed that I was unable to pay through my iPad for some reason and my sister in law said she would pay for me. Not happy
My husband brought a leaf blower and a extra battery to go with it the product is good but they didn’t send the extra battery which he paid at the time off purchase and no phone number to contact them the only phone number we found is disconnected have sent a few emails but no reply and its been days now so not very happy with the customer service.
