Simon from Torbay Clearance Services was very helpful & informative with the valuation of my mum’s furniture & personal belongings for the purposes of probate.

TCS delivered exceptional service, managing to clear out my house, shed, garden, and garage all within a single day. The team was diligent and professional, efficiently handling the large volume of items. Sellable goods were sent to auction, reducing my expenses for the clearance. They left the house spotless and well-organized. I'm happy to recommend TCS for their impressive work.

Set the task of clearing our family home with three generations of contents, Torbay Clearance Services provided a polite, efficient and comprehensive service with excellent communication and clear schedule of costs. House was left tidy and cleared ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

We had to clear our parents flat at very short notice. TCS were extremely helpful and managed to find a way to fit us into their schedule. To add more complication, entry/exit of the premises was tricky but the team handled this too.

We used TCS to value the chattels in my stepmothers house for probate. David and the team were sympathetic, efficient and thoroughly professional. They quickly followed up the visit with the written documentation that we required. Communication with them was easy and email always andwered promptly.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We used TCS to clear out late sister's bungalow in Exeter. Had no hesitation in using this service as this is the second time we have had to clear a property. Absolute excellent service with no issues whatsoever and found the staff both at the office and on the day, all very efficient and professional. Arrived promptly, well on time and just got on with it. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Friendly, professional, punctual, thorough, offered really good guidance based on years of experience and communicated well throughout the process. This company is clearly in-demand as there was a lead time, but the outcome was most definitely worth the short wait. Greatly appreciate the photographs of the cleared property, and even the electricity meter reading.

The entire Team from the Receptionist to the actual Team on the day from TCS made what could have been a stressful day into more of a memory, this was down to the professional approach from the entire Team. The guys who turned up on the day worked really well together and engaged with us throughout the time spent clearing the home. Care and attention was given throughout and they were a credit and great to be around. The final appearance of the empty house was although very clean and tidy still hold the good memories shared with the family. I have already recommended TCS to some friends in a similar situation.

What a great company to deal with! TCS sorted through my late mothers jewellery on the spot, separated out the items of value, and weighed and valued it immediately. Once I agreed , the items were sent off to, I understand, the best paying bullion dealers in the UK. The money was in my account in less than a week..slightly more than estimated as the gold price had risen. Terrific service and lovely , friendly people to deal with.

Great service cleared house, shed, garden & garage in one day. The guys that did the job were professional & hardworking as there was a lot of stuff to clear.
All sellable items were sent to auction ( by TCS) which helped offset the cost of the clearence.

We are 5 hours away so were reliant on them carrying out instructions as requested and they did a fabulous job, cross checking on details, providing photos to verify understanding, and competing the job seamlessly. Top class service from TCS from initial contact through to the final clearance. Nothing was too much trouble at any stage. The process was carefully explained at the time of survey and quote, and Ricky and the team clearing the property were friendly, considerate and professional throughout and left the property in a clean and presentable condition, ensuring that I was satisfied with everything before they left.
I would use TCS again and highly recommend them.
