Good prices ...quick delivery and happily replaced some stickers that were damaged in transit.

The guys at Torque recently serviced and repaired my bike. It's like they handed back a new bike! And their turnaround time was impressively quick. Everyone at Torque is super friendly and it's great to have an independent local electric bike shop here in Surbiton. I'd highly recommend them.

A fist class company and customer service. Kept me informed of the process of my order right up to the time they dispatched it .

Brought a Tern cargo bike awhile back from them and was so impressed I even sold my car so I am dependent on my bike for my shopping trips and must say enjoying the experience of being car free plus keeping fit in the process

My first time experience shopping for an e-bike and Torque Electric were amazing. Kathee and Elliot gave great support throughout my decision. Being able to go out for the day and test the bikes was excellent. Got my e-bike through the cycle to work scheme. The team guided me through the process of how the application works and within a week I cycled off with my new Black City.

The people in here are sooooo lovely! I was in Surbiton and had forgotten my bike-lock key so they offered to lend me a lock (for free) for the day and then let me leave my bike there (for free) for the day instead.
I mean, if that's not outstanding customer service then I don't know what is. Next time I need something bike related, I'll be coming here.

I was given an electric mountain bike from a friend. A lot needed to be done including fixing various parts so that it could be used again. Elliot and Kathee were so helpful. They stripped the bike back and rebuilt it so it now looks and feels brand you. I'm very lucky. Elliot and Kathee get 10/10!

Good people, easy to deal with, very responsive and helpful, lots of info provided and at the end of the phone if I needed any help… which I didn’t thankfully and so very pleased with my choice of electric bike.

I tested the Black City bike and found the experience thoroughly enjoyable. It was easy to ride and easy to manoeuvre! The staff at Torque Electric were knowledgable, helpful, and passionate. Excited to start an electric bike adventure!

Just bought an e-bike from Torque Electric of Surbiton. Fantastic service. They let me try several bikes first before I decided which one to buy. I opted for the Kreidler Vitality Eco 8. Nothing was too much trouble even opening up on a bank holiday Sunday for me to pick up the bike.
A definite recommendation from me if you’re wanting an electric bike.

Super attentive service to make sure everything suits you. I particularly like the well chosen range and the way they are displayed and easily viewed and no pressure to buy. Then the offer to try out and make sure your chosen bike fits you properly. It’s well worth a visit to Surbiton.

So nice to have a local bike store in Surbiton! Was struggling to do some replacements and repairs on my bike at home so took it into the store who were very helpful in assisting me! Will definitely be back!
