It was a fantastic experience overall. My PC was put together, shipped, and arrived within 10 days. I love the extra touches of including all the separate parts instructions along with a setup guide. Everything works as it should. I'd really recommend them, especially to people with less experience with PCs.
This is called torture
i ordered PC Parts, its been 13 days ONLY CASE has been arrived, other parts are in local depot, and i asked for COLLECTION even tho i payed for SHIPPING, i will never buy from this horrible website ever, CustomPCPARTS just use An Post or DPD why use FastWay? i mean SlowestWay i cannot even pick up the package myself cause apparently moving 2 boxes from A to B takes hours, FastWay doesn't even respond to the emails, add a swear on it and they will respond to it

My initial problems with the site were on my end and Customer service tried to help but no blame there. I'd say CS was fine.
My order was stated to take 10-15 days, which is ridiculous for the next county.
After shipping, my item arrived within 24hrs, so kudos to Fastway.
Unfortunately though, it took TorqueGaming/CustomPC/CustomPCParts 10 days to dispatch the items. I'm talking about 2 small items in a padded envelope.
I see no reason to take that long to process an order, pick the parts and ship it. I used to work in a similar warehouse/delivery setup and we had items picked as the customers were still on the phone.
I also think that the site itself is horrible to search on. Nothing is listed or indexed well.
If it wasn't for post-Brexit customs charges I'd not buy from these.
EDIT (following the response, below) I know you state delivery times but when consumables are ordered for the next county over and it still takes 10 days to dispatch, it looks poor as far as the customer can see. If you just tell us straight that YOU must await delivery first and not just keep us guessing, I'm sure your reviews here would improve because it looks like you're just waiting out those ten days to us.
There's a step needs filling in the process between "ordered" and "dispatched" such as "expected in stock by ..." if the items are not in stock. It will serve you better as a company if you don't pretend otherwise. I don't mind waiting if I know, but I hate having to guess.
Your business is sorely needed here, like the USA's Micro Centre and it could be so good. I'm sure you do your best and have to deal with stock issues (especially these days). Most would understand. If we feel "in the loop" as customers it would go a hell of a long way.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. My order was small and simple, something that could have been posted and received within a day or two. Unfortunately Custom PC decided to send it by courier which took a total of 7 days to reach me. I ordered it in Ireland rather than on Amazon or others to keep the business local. I messaged Custom PC through their Facebook page as well as emailing them, the Facebook message has still not been viewed or answered, they did eventually reply to my email saying simply "your order has been shipped" no apology or explanation at all. Wont be dealing with these people again.

Bought a laptop from cpc and a hard drive for my ps5. Before the payment they answered the next day all the time. My hard drive stopped working and I sent it back 2 weeks ago and no answers since then. Sent emails everyday and text on WhatsApp, can't even get my hard drive back.
Shocking Service
Shocking Service, Placed an order for an in stock item over 10 days ago and it is still processing. No option to cancel so I now have to wait even longer before I can return the product as I have already sourced an alternative. Stay away from this site, there's better products that can be delivered qucker elsewhere.
I like to buy local but ...
I like to buy local. I was looking for a VGA adapter. I tried two methods to find one and I kept getting the notification that nothing was found even though the listed manufacturers had numbers in brackets after their names indicating there *were* items found.
I *am* old but I've been finding my way around the internet since 1995 so .....

I like it there customer support is a bit slow but it's a good website 10-10
I suspect they order from China and mark up prices
They claim to be located in ireland, I have received two update emails from them about my order it took them a full day to search for the item then 24hours later the next email was the stock was allocated. It’s been over a week and I have not heard of anything. I emailed them and told them I need this one item for work (cpu cooler) I chose them because they’re an Irish company so shipping should have been fast. The prices are higher than other places but ya know support local and all that fun stuff.
Look to keep it simple I could have paid less and got the item from other sites or I could have walked to Cavan from Galway and got it faster. Avoid this company if you need items fast.
I still haven’t received my cooler but I suspect it will arrive around the time it takes orders from China to arrive

Ordered a 1tb hard drive and it was broken on arrival order number :ORD-21-05-18-00066787 their information online won't even open to see an email to contact customer support I would most definitely not recommend this company, if my issue is resolved this review will be taken down till that day steer clear from this seller
Amazing service
Amazing service. I was emailed every step of the way and my pc got built and sent to me very quickly. I received my order 12 days after placing it (that includes a bank holiday weekend and Monday!) Already recommended to friends and family and I will continue to purchase from this company. Can't say enough great things!

Regarding the shopping experience, you deserve 5 stars. However, since I did not create an account before placing the order, I could not link my purchase with my account later and track items. It is not convenient. Your Customer Service said it is not possible to make a link due to security reasons, but you can do better - ask me whatever you want to verify that I am a genuine customer, and then link my purchase with the account.
