Torque Motor Group made my recent car repair a very easy and pain free experience.
I decided to choose my own garage after my daughter crashed my car instead of going with the Insurance preferred garage.
Communication was amazing and I got a beautiful and shiny car back that looked like new!

Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this company for a second hand car. No pressure experience. Can’t help you enough either. Was very happy with the experience!!

Can not fault this company at all. A very pleasant friendly team. Even made my little girl feel welcome. Everything was explained with everything of the car (volvo v40 rdesign). Were very helpful with any questions i had aswell took the car i had off my hands. Even had to have a little joke with 2 of there team and left them a boyzone cd 🤣.

The car which i was going to take was sold to someone else . Kindly recheck whether the car you are choosing is there in Stock before proceeding for any payments and stuffs . I had completed my loan process and everything and then the sales guy Ian told me that the car sold to someone else. Really bad incident with me as I had already sold my car and now I have to look from scratch to find one .i didn’t went into a silence as i was at work and i am working in a factory where mobile is not allowed and i had immediately messaged and called to which you told car had sold . I am a professional ethics person and I am not someone who when got involved in a serious deal won’t back out . And I told the finance guys to look for a zero deposit scheme as well . I didn’t told them to hold on . Even then who would sell a car without informing the person who first enquired and going through a finance process. And I think you were dealing with the one or two more buyers which is unfair as I had first enquired and this is not professional from you guys and how come it get sold within hours as you said huh. I completely shattered and disappointed from you as I had sold my car thinking that I can trust you guys from other reviews. Why you are telling lies that I told the finance company to put on hold . You got a customer that is going to pay full amount so you put aside my first enquiry and moved on to the next person . Nice words Ian

Quick and efficient. I could get my car in straight away for diagnostics and they completed the job within a day. I was recommended Torque as I am new to the area and unsure of who to trust. The people are nice, will be back.

After hitting a speed bump a bit quick, broke a front spring and cut through the tyre. Rang up torque group, and they said drop it off if possible. The next day it was all repaired. Very reasonable pricing, and extremely nice bunch of lads. Plus some nice cars for sale too.

Firstly I don’t do reviews unless it’s justified. Placed a deposit on a vehicle without viewing or test drive. Upon arrival I was picked up from the train station by Ian to collect the vehicle - a vey well mannered and respectful man not your typical car sales person. Car exactly as described and a lovely drive. Thank you to all the team at Torque Motor Group, I would personally recommend anyone with any budget to purchase a vehicle from this business. I’ve just purchased a car from Torque Motor Group. There was no pressure sales techniques whatsoever, Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the car from the way it was presented to the 6 months warranty that came with it. Would definitely recommend this company.

Really friendly. Goes above and beyond to help with all questions and requests. Fair in price. Will definitely buy a car from them again and wouldn’t go anywhere else for MOT or servicing.

Can I just say that a young man called Luke helped me, not for my car as I haven't one, but my daughters.
She needed advice on a problem with her tyres and Luke was absolutely so helpful with this.
I would not go anywhere else, especially if I had a car (and could drive) but what a mind of useful information this man has!!! Thankyou so much.

Selling our car made an absolute pleasure by Ian who was fast, friendly and fair. He put us completely at ease in what can sometimes become a stressful situation. Everything was transparent and done by the book and we couldn't be happier with the whole process.

The car I bought had been serviced by the company prior to sale and was beautifully presented. 6 months warranty was provided too.
I had an independent mechanic check the car over after purchase. He said it was in very good order and could find no issues.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Torque and will use them again.
