Seems to be a scam - ordered October 1st for two week delivery, came and went but order still shows as 'awaiting shipment'. Emailed to inquire, two weeks later no response. Filed a chargeback with my payment provider.
I am still being ignored I placed an order on the 13/10/25 and have still not received any communications I have sent 4 emails to multiple “support email address” and still nothing this place is a scam! Stay away they also state they guarantee a response no longer than one business day this is clearly false
Really happy with my item, great quality and it arrived sooner than expected. Communications were excellent and I really felt like a valued customer. Thanks

We love the two sweatshirts we ordered. We made a mistake when we ordered our first sweatshirt and they were very helpful in correcting our error.
