The whole process from quote to fitting was very smooth and easy. We received updates about where the shutters were at in the process (ie. Being made, packaged, ready for shipping etc). The fitting was efficient and we are extremely pleased with our shutters.

We had shutters installed for a living room bay window, great service throughout the experience, very friendly and helpful in consultation, great communication throughout the whole process and the installation was quick and technician was extremely polite and tidy, would recommend to others and would use again.

Our shutters are great - the fit is perfect and the quality is high. Totally Shutters were very easy to deal with, their office team is responsive and helpful and their installation was smooth and quick.

Great company. We ordered shutters for victorian terraced bay window + one in bathroom. Very experienced Simon gave us useful advice re material, type of openings, size of slats etc. when he came to measure. The fitting was done beautifully by Connor. 100% happy with everything and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended

Great service, arrived when they said they would and had installed the blinds within a couple of hours. This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times have been excellent. Would highly recommend.
I had some snagging to do and they came back to resolve without a problem.

This was our second set of shutters supplied and fitted by Totally Shutters. The first set (downstairs) was more of a test case for us. We were so pleased with the first set that we ordered the second set for upstairs.
In each case the company administration kept us regularly informed as regards to the progress for manufacture, delivery and fitting.
We are very pleased with our shutters especially the speed and accuracy of measuring and fitting.

Great experience from start to finish. Up dated regularly regarding the shutter. Extra slats provided in case of need. The gentleman who measured the window and the one who fitted it were both very professional. Would recommend Totally Shutters to anyone looking for these kind of shutters

Actually I thought it was well made the shutters I actually love my shutters I got privacy & I can control how much light come into my bedroom or kitchen & bathroom I’ve also had my daughter one plus the living room one done to in nearly every room had a shutters.
The best part is it help insulated my home if I turn the shutters up it keep it warm if I turn it down it allow some of the draft to come through which is perfect in summer the other way is perfect for winter.
I love that my shutters are split the top is best to used in the morning as it far too bright first thing to open the bottom so only the top get open it give me a lot of light that first thing in the morning without disturbing anyone but during the mid morning the whole shutter is open to have more light flooding my home it make it warm & inviting finally I live in that flat & it never felt more homey than now I’ve had the shutters it definitely home it taken me this long to actually feel like it home thank you to the staff for allowing me to do it within my budget & time frame & thank the people who actually installed it. I am finally home it been a long time coming

Fantastic communication and the easiest and smoothest installation. It arrived o the time they stated and everything was transparent. Price is competitive with other shutter companies. I wish we could of done the whole house. Highly recommend.
