A fantastic club with amazing instructors that we are very lucky to have here in Wales at their level. It is nowhere near a "McDojo" and is authentic Krav Maga taught in the most professional way. Stick with the beginner class as it is a foundation for what comes next you will see it all come together in your P levels. They also run seminars and summer camps every year which are absolutely amazing!! I really enjoyed the bar brawl which was a hired out bar just for us to learn in real environments what to do when things get nasty on a night out. A faultless club tbh and it's become a very important part of my life and I've made friends forever. Highly recommend for everyone. Women are well looked after and they will make sure you are safe at all times.

I actually couldn't recommend this class enough. I joined towards the end of last year and hoped that I might learn a little self defence but I've gotten so much more. The self defence techniques are better than I thought they'd be and they try to give real life examples which helps. But more than that, it's given me much needed confidence, a safe space and great friends. The instructors are amazing and really adapt to people's personal circumstances. They demonstrate great empathy and what's really nice, is you can see how much they care about everyone and how proud they are as we achieve our goals. It's got to be the best class I've ever joined and one of the best things I've ever decided to do. I really recommend anyone reading this to join, you won't regret it!!

Great for kids - fun, fitness and keeping safe tips. The instructors are very good with the kids. It's a very inclusive group as well - there are no 'stars' in the group which is really healthy for those that are maybe not as physically talented. I really like the fact that the core principle of Krav Maga is avoiding trouble and only fighting as a last resource. My daughter loves it and it has given her confidence and strength. Highly recommended.

Total Self Protection Krav Maga are the best classes I've ever attended. The instructor's are fantastic, extremely patient and very helpful. I'd highly reccomend these classes to anyone with an interest in wishing to protect yourself/family in the event of the unexpected.

Great teaching, professional instructors

The instructors at my local club are friendly and inclusive. They go the extra mile to ensure that techniques are understood properly in a safe environment. I'd recommend taking up Krav Maga to anyone.

My children have been going to these classes for over 5 years and they love them. I am very happy with the skills they have gained,classes are well structured and the instructors are excellent. I would highly recommend Total Self Protection to anyone.

My son has been training with Total Self Protection for approx. 7 years. He has been taught the techniques and skills to be able to successfully defend himself, and also the discipline and respect that is essential for Krav Maga. The instructors are professional and great with the kids and obviously enjoy seeing the progression each child makes with each grading. I would highly recommend TSP.

Three of my children have attended TSP from the children classes and enjoyed so much they have carried on to the adult classes. They have helped build up their confidence to face almost any situation.

Both my children attend classes, instructors are great, lots of variation from week to week. They love attending. It is a much needed class as it help to avoid conflict and sticky situations, both my children's confidence has grown since starting last year.

My sons have both attended these classes and have loved them from the staff to the important very useful information and moves they learnt every week

My daughter's been attending classes for 3 years and she really enjoys it. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable and approachable.

My daughter (aged 8) has been attending Total Self Protection KravMaga for 5 years. She enjoys attending on a weekly basis where the instructors show her different self defence moves, which personally I think needs to be learnt by everyone, she enjoys showing the family at home what she has learnt most weeks. Her confidence as gone strength to strength since being part of the class and has made many friends.
The class is welcoming to new and existing pupils and family members.
In the future I hope it continues to thrive.

My daughter has been going for a few years now and is enjoying learning self protection. The teachers are very good with the kids and your able to sit and watch them too.

total Self Protection is the best club I have trained with on all levels. Professionalism and skills of the instructors. Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual students. friendly and supportive I refer to them as Krav family.regular training and their additional courses have helped myself and my grandchildren build confidence and self esteem . I feel the self defence techniques are very current and relevant in today's world. I have nothing negative to say about this club

My 6 year old son started a few weeks ago and I can honestly say I have already noticed his confidence growing. The instructor's have so much time and patience with all the children. My son looks forward to going every Monday night.

Fantastic & friendly staff , extremely knowledgable. The class for kids is run in such a way they are being taught not just self defence but maths, team building , trust and self belief within themselves . All the children are taught to each Individual ability !
