My children have been attending for a few years and I couldn't ask for better instructors.

My son is 12 years old and taking up training with Total Self Protection has helped him immensely. Improving his confidence through junior school years, teaching him to be aware of his surroundings and how to avoid conflict whilst also showing methods of protecting himself if need be. The instructors are brilliant and certainly know their stuff, being able to relate real world scenarios to the class in order to illustrate ways and means of dealing with them in a way that children can understand.

My children have been attending Krav Maga lessons for at least 6 years. the teachers here are supportive, personable and willing to challenge to help the children come out of their comfort zones and learn. a huge focus is learning whilst having fun which subconsciously reinforces muscle memory.
They believe self discipline is a life skill and encourage each individual child to give their best in every session.

Amazing club, offers classes to all abilities so you can join at any point.The instructors are approachable, kind and brilliant with the kids. My son has been attending classes for the past two years and as a result has really gained confidence and awareness in protecting himself. The summer camp and day workshops are fun and informative. With TSP you can train as hard or as steady as you prefer, the group has a broad range of abilities and they are a friendly bunch.
