Excellent service from the start ordered some samples that were incredibly well wrapped, choose design and ordered on line, including all grout, adhesive and sealant over 1/2 a tonne. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery before 12pm⊠it came after so I wasnât happy. However after raising concerns I received a phone call from the company and had a nice chat with them. They were very friendly and apologised and gave me a refund on the delivery.
