Panels are exactly what I was after. Very few companies sell the 3m lengths I required. Communication from the company was fantastic. Kept in the loop at all steps. Delivery was great aswell.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very affordable prices. Bathroom boards delivered as ordered. We are in the process of fitting and they look great. Delivery company was excellent with excellent tracking facility. Delivered and unloaded exactly as indicated. Many thanks

Ordered Cladding from Walls and Floors

Ordered Cladding from Walls and Floors. Had an issue with the original date of delivery and needed it to be delivered earlier. So i emailed and had a Swift response from Maryam who told me she had managed to get it delivered sooner. That really helped me as now i don’t need to stop the work. Thanks Maryam

Good & bad

Beautiful choice of tiles. However, the website was disfunctional, suggesting items to add to your basket that could not be added, it also offered various ways to pay, none of which worked but the worst part was the high delivery cost to central Scotland which was blamed on the courier who denied that it was anything to do with him, none of my other purchases for the bathroom coming from England charged anywhere near as much. The staff contacted by phone were both helpful & professional.

I'm glad to hear that you were happy with the tile selection and found our team helpful and professional. I'm sorry to hear about the website issues and will ensure this is reviewed by our technical team.

In terms of delivery, I understand your frustration. Our delivery charges are based on the rates set by our courier, particularly for longer-distance pallet deliveries such as those to central Scotland. That said, we do subsidise these costs to make delivery as accessible as possible for our customers, even though they may still appear higher compared to standard parcel deliveries.
