Will not send me a return authorization, answer any of my emails contacted me once to find out why I wanted to return item and NEVER contacted me again. Customer service sux. I’m out over $100

This was the second holiday Tots Too have planned and arranged for our family - 6 adults and three under-fives. Once again Deborah and her team took the time to understand in depth what we wanted from our holiday and to make sure we got it! All three generations had the BEST time! ☺️

We approached Emma and Deborah to help us find the perfect place to stay in Italy straight after our destination wedding. The attention to detail, recommendations and service were second to none. We had the most incredible week in Sicily, with some really extra special touches that will stay with us forever. Thank you!

We have been using essential escape for numerous holidays over the years and all have been exceptionally great. Not only has Deborah been able to tailor to our interests but she truly knows what is interesting for children of different ages and how to keep everyone happy.

Tots Too booked my family and me on a fantastic holiday to the Maldives over Christmas and New Year, and the service from the Tots Too team was outstanding throughout.

I am a very frequent traveller with high expectations at this level of price, and I had a number of specific and demanding requirements. Deborah, Rebecca, and Bobbie at Tots Too handled everything superbly — they took all my requests on board, managed the process (and me!) calmly and professionally, and liaised with the hotel multiple times to secure exactly what we needed.

Communication was excellent throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble for Deborah and her fantastic team, and the end result was a seamless, stress-free holiday that exceeded our expectations.

I am already in conversations with Deborah and her team at Tots Too about booking our next trip and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a genuinely personalised, high-quality travel experience.

I’d say that although we were really really pleased with the recommendations that Emma made for our first ever holiday with our daughter. The hotel was amazing , the room was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier with the service at the hotel. We didn’t really appreciate how amazing the team at Tots Too were until we had a problem and our daughter became too ill to travel. Rebecca leapt into action ensuring we found the best place to stay, making sure that our transfers were sorted and we got the right flights for us. I couldn’t have asked for better support and in many ways Rebecca went far beyond what I coild have hoped for, working late into the night and being constantly in touch.
It’s that help, when we needed it, that we value so much and why we we didn’t hesitate to book again through Tots Too.

We had the most incredible trip to Vietnam, everything was organised to perfection by Emma, a great balance between adventure and relaxation. Our best family holiday ever. Emma spends time discussing your holiday requirements, so she fully understands your needs and delivers in every way.

I was daunted at the thought of planning a multiple destination trip to include flights, car hire and hotels and Emma has planned it all for us. She asked all the right questions, to make certain that every detail was tailored to our needs. I can't wait for our trip, thank you Emma, I'm looking forward the planning the next one!

Deborah’s help in planning our trip to Bali was invaluable. She took time to understand what we wanted to do and the type of experience we were looking for and was clearly knowledgeable about how to get the most from our holiday. We had a fantastic time and even travelled over to Lombok, which we wouldn’t have considered without her input. The local partners that she works with were excellent, and when unexpected weather conditions meant we had to take a flight instead of the planned boat transport, this was handled smoothly with minimal stress. I would highly recommend Deborah and her team for organising an unforgettable trip and am already looking forward to her help with our next holiday!

Deborah and her team took all the stress out of arranging a multi generational holiday for 6 adults and 3 children. They came up with some great suggestions and when we had chosen, made all the arrangements, liaised with the hotel where necessary and everything worked seamlessly. They were very responsive, always available, friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tots Too again.

I’ve been using Tots Too and Essential Escapes for almost 15 years now, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and everyone. While the phrase “above and beyond” is often overused, in this case, it’s entirely appropriate. When you combine the customer-first approach to service with the knowledge and experience of Deborah and her team, you get not only a truly fantastic company but also an exceptional holiday.

Deborah and her team are fantastic. They provided us with clear advice on where to go on holiday with selected best options for our budget. She also worked on a Saturday to secure our booking at a time when the aviation prices were rising fast. In the lead up to the holiday the team provided helpful guidance on what to do. The holiday exceeded our expectations. We simply would not have had a holiday anywhere near as good if we had researched and booked it ourselves.
