Disorganised
I booked through Seat Unique for BTS, and it seemed none of the staff knew what was going on.
My package included a welcome drink and an extensive buffet. However, on arrival, I was sent back and forth between different floors for my welcome drink. The suite had no drinks stocked on arrival and staff were rushing into sorting this. I asked about the buffet to 3 different staff members and none of them could answer me.
The show was due to start just after 7pm, and the buffet was being rushed out to us around 6:45pm. Just a bit disappointing considering we paid a lot for a VIP experience and it felt nothing like that apart from the decent view of the stage.
It would be zero stars if an option
It would be zero stars if an option. I bought an e gift card for a birthday present. On receipt it showed the gift balance but when they tried to use it it said the balance was £0. I have held for hours on the phone over the last 2 weeks trying to get through to someone to resolve this. It's disgusting and extremely embarrassing as this was a gift. I would like my money back so that I can buy a replacement gift.
Terrible sound quality during a concert
I had just attending the 15 July System of a Down concert and was sat in section 530 which is the top tier on the southern end of the east side. I am therefore describing a seat at the extremity of the ground but would also like to think that I am describing an experience still shared by several thousand.
The sound quality was awful. We couldnât hear basic only just hear the vocals and couldnât hear the lead guitarist from queens of the Stone Age at all (stripping away the Essenes of the music). It sounded like I was at one stage of a festival hearing the band from another.
When queens of the Stone Age came on we left immediately when we couldnât hear the vocals. Tottenham is so difficult to get to that it wasnât worth sitting through that, despite the price we paid for the tickets.
These tickets were very expensive and Tottenham is hard to get to anyway. I will not be wasting my time and money on an event like that again when I can get to Birmingham far easier (I live in Somerset) and the sound quality is far superior.
I hope you find this feedback useful and kind regards.

Update: Iâm glad that Tottenham have decided to ask for âmore informationâ from me but have not responded to the review or my email. Iâm glad to see such an establishment hates people with disabilities and special needs.
I have waited a week for a response and have not received a reply. disgusting. I expect more than that from Tottenham, but I guess they don't care about individuals with special needs and not supplying people with water.
Queens of the Stoneage - Could not find our seats
Went to watch Queens of the Stoneage with my son (18) and literally nobody could tell us how to get to our seats. Spoke to a supervisor and his 'map numbers were too small to help us' - he actually asked if we had a magnifying glass! We were then told that our seats were on the opposite side of the stadium to our entry point, which I did question as massively illogical; conveniently getting rid of us I realise in retrospect. We never found our seats and just went into some random entrance eventually (after an argument with one of the staff) and sat on some empty ones - we had missed a third of the set by then. We'd been seeking assistance for an hour at this point and had literally run around the stadium to get to where directed! Completely ruined the whole thing - a great deal of money wasted for something that we'd been looking forward to for so long (a nice experience before my son goes to Uni). If you get a ticket for section 447 then get a refund / don't bother going!! Utterly disgraceful - I'm never going back - I'm so angry that I had better stop typing!!!
A long way to go with how they treat accessibility needs
I recently purchased an access ticket in a wheelchair section for BTS on the 6th July as, despite not being in a wheelchair, it suited my needs as someone with severe mobility issues and an inability to stand for the length of a concert. I have purchased seated tickets on wheelchair platforms/in wheelchair areas at multiple venues for years and it has never been an issue. Until now. I purchased the ticket on the 25th of June after I noticed a limited supply of access tickets within the wheelchair sections became available. Before buying, you could select âwheelchairâ or âadultâ so I, naturally, selected âadultâ assuming Iâd be given a folding chair or something similar as that is always the procedure at every other venue Iâve been to. It took 8 days for the access team to get back to me after I submitted my access form. Unfortunately, it was now Friday and only a few days before the concert. In the email I received they said that âI can see that you have booked a wheelchair space for the concert but can't necessarily see from your access card that this fits your requirements. Can you confirm that you will be attending in a wheelchair, and we can then go ahead and allocate a personal assistant ticket beside your wheelchair space.â I specified in my form what my my mobility issues entail and that I didnât need a PA. My access card, which I provided a copy of, showed I cannot queue/stand and that I have difficultly walking more than short distances. Clearly none of that was taken into account before emailing me.
I was now under a strict time limit to get this mess sorted as there was no way I could travel into the city without knowing if I had a seat or not. I immediately emailed back and got no response so had to resort to phoning and was on hold for over an hour. As you can guess, the access team were no help, simply saying I shouldnât have bought a ticket in a wheelchair area. I even asked if there was anywhere else they could put me. I was told that seeing as the concert was âsold outâ that wasnât an option. This actually turned out to be utter nonsense as, after watching videos of the performance and talking to people who were there, there were in fact entire seated sections practically empty. My ticket was promptly refunded.
My response to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium access team would be that not everyone that doesnât use a wheelchair can safely access ambulant seating. Every other venue Iâve been to understands this and is accommodating. It is also near impossible to get access seating through the stadiumâs website as when tickets for a popular act first go on sale youâre put in the same queue as hospitality/VIP/premium and GA. Accessible tickets should ALWAYS be a separate link. Lastly, why offer two different types of tickets within a wheelchair area if only wheelchair users are allowed? Iâm heartbroken that I wasnât able to attend a concert that had been so very difficult to get a ticket for simply because the stadium refused to accommodate my needs that everywhere else seems to do easily.
I can only hope no others have been put in a similar situation but considering how this was handled I wouldnât hold my breath. I genuinely feel for the Spurs fans who have to put up with this regularly. Youâve got a long, long, LONG way to go before you meet even the most basic of accessibility requirements.
Ordered a birthday gift for my husband
Ordered a birthday gift for my husband. Waited 2 weeks. Order not dispatched. Tried to email twice...no response. Tried to call, on hold for 1hour 20mins, apparently, I was "No1 in the queue" that whole time. Tried to use their contact form, you can't use that without going through the motions with their chatbot. Chatbot said it would transfer me to a human. No human appeared. Ended up filing a grievance with PayPal. Do not give them your money!!!
Appalling customer service
No wonder the club has barely made in premier league. Bought a gitf card of £50 for my father in law for father's day, never delivered and I cannot get hold of anyone willing to help. You are a disgrace, a waste of money and people time.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Overpriced food was cold. The stewards seemed a bit confused to where we were sitting. It was on the pitch, instead we were taken to the 1st floor of section 126. The one helpful steward was overruled by their âsuperiorâ. Didnât see a second of the boxing I went there to watch. Iâd never visit the stadium again and Iâve only supported Tottenham 40 years. Certainly not anymore

A public transport NIGHTMARE
I was there for the Fury v Makhmudov boxing.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a public transport NIGHTMARE. Dangerous overcrowding, bottleneck crushes, randomly shut down train stations, and a surrounding transit intrastructure unequipped to handle large crowds. Every route out of there jammed to a complete standstill. Rude, unhelpful & untrained attendants telling 65,000 people to get on the replacement bus service. Seriously?
The anguished look of utter despair on the faces of thousands of stranded people who knew they were going to miss their last train home, and with all cabs charging triple fares taken, their only option left was to walk. Those that walked to Seven Sisters tube station found a scene that looked like a war zone, with emergency services at full stretch.
Add to this the random fist fights breaking out everywhere amongst Tyson "The Gypsy King" Fury's core support, an alcohol & drug fuelled freakshow with barely a braincell between them.
The stadium looks like a giant inter-galactic spaceship has crash-landed in the worst s***hole in London. What were they thinking when they built the place? You idiots. It can NEVER be called "world class" until quick & safe passage to & from there is assured. And I for one will not be coming back until it is. It took me 3.5 hours to get back home to Crystal Palace, and I was fortunate compared to those living further afield.
A good night out (and an expensive one at that) ruined by the horrendous experience either side of it.
NOT AN INCLUSIVE FOOTBALL CLUB
I'm deaf and non-vocal with limited mobility, I'm a wheelchair user.
Apparently, because I'm disabled I'm different from the next person and not permitted to purchase a membership online. According to "Charlotte" at the club, she claims memberships are sold online depending on the individual?
This is an example of the rubbish I've been putting up with at this club.

Put disabled ticket only link for the BTS concert on the same email to all those who registered for tickets. There was a queue of 150000 people for disabled only tickets the second all the tickets became available.
I had a terrible experience withâŠ
I had a terrible experience with ticketing. I had purchased two tickets under my CRN but could not be assigned 2. They communicated that a One Hotspur membership had to be purchased to receive the ticket despite having already purchased the ticket. I asked for a refund and received no communication on it. We finally bought another CRN because we thought the club was ignoring us. We emailed back with the new CRN and they tell us that the ticket has been refunded (despite never communicating it) and that we can buy another one. No tickets were available next in the same section. Moody and childish responses, as well. Poor representatives of the club.
We wonât be renewing our memberships or purchasing yearly family kits anymore.
Disappointing start to our travelling there for the game.
Failed to do what they promised
Club have put in a new ticket sharing scheme which doesnât work. Called the ticket office who promised to resolve in today so a friend could use a ticket which wouldnât be used due to sickness. However, nothing has happened so ticket will go to waste.
