Absolute disgrace. Paid for the ppv pass to watch the pre season matches but website or app are not working. Waste of money!!! How can I get a full refund???

Bought the pre season streaming ticket, logged onto the app and nothing works, just streaming error after error. Waste of money.

Ordered a ladies jersey the day Georgia Stanway signed for the club. The admin were relentless in posting things all day and how to order her jersey with her name and number. So I caved! Ordered it along with some other bits. The jersey came 3 weeks later and there was no number on the back just her name. Contacted customer services who told me they could refund the cost of the printing but I said I wanted a replacement as there is no where here that would put on a number when not purchased from their store. Customer services sent me the labels and told me to post it back and I would get a replacement. I did all of this on the same day I would like to add. The following day I received an email to say my money had been refunded. It hadn't. I contacted customer services again and they apologised and sent me a link to return the money. I told them i wasn't returning money i hadnt received and that until I received a delivery notification that my replacement jersey had been shipped and that i wanted a replacement . Customer services then told me that unfortunately the jersey was no longer available? Even though I had sent them back my jersey!!!!!! My actual one with the mistake that could have been rectified and sent back to me. Absolute joke. Ill refuse to ever give them an ounce of business again. Got my money back within hours. They never had any intention of replacing the jersey.

Website sign-in is so messed up, been a supporter for 50 years and this website is losing you money guys.

The arsenal parade was terrible, this is a football club that makes so much money from their fans. But to ensure the fans had a positive experience after waiting 22 years, they should have put much effort in the safety of the fans at the parade. There was no screens to ensure that the fans could see the parade or to track where the bus was. It was terrible. Looks like they spent £0

It pains me so much that the club I have grown up with and love and supported for 55yrs falls extremely short when dealing with its disabled members. It treats it's disabled members like 3rd class citizens which is hard for me to write. But as the way of all things looks like I as many have to be far away supporters. STARTING TO HATE THE TWO FACED ANTICS OF MY CLUB

I am deeply disappointed with Arsenal Football Club and the behavior of its players.

My small son went on Saturday, full of excitement, to watch the match and hopefully meet the players he looks up to. What he experienced instead was heartbreaking. The players got off the bus with hoodies up, sunglasses on, glued to their phones, showing zero engagement with the children who were waiting with such hope and admiration.

After the match, the most shocking moment came when Declan Rice stood less than a foot away from my son — and didn’t even turn around to acknowledge him. No smile, no wave, nothing.

This behavior is disgusting and shocking. These players should be ashamed. They have clearly forgotten their roots and the fans who made them who they are. Parents save and pay so their children can be part of these moments, to believe in something bigger, to feel inspired — and they were completely ignored.

Football is nothing without its fans, and especially without its children. What we saw on Saturday was arrogance, not class.

Tried, online to join a friend’s son, in Australia, as a junior gunner. As a member, myself, thought it would be straightforward, to add to my account. Followed all the instructions, too long to go into, but unable to set up. Was abroad at the time, so emailed them. They advised I phone on my return. Just spent 35 minutes following their operatives instructions, creating yet another account, which, although they’d talked me through it, they couldn’t find on their own system. They’ve actually confirmed all the details, but couldn’t find it. This was a very frustrating experience, not the first time, with the club, either. Quite a few people I know have similar experiences with the clubs website and support services. I now have to go back to my friend, and embarrassingly tell them I’m unable to do what I promised. Angry, doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel 😡😡😡

Dude I went to the stadium with my dad and we loved it a guided tour with headphones to tell you uall about arsenal.

Ordered 2 Christmas jerseys, A Santasaurus, Gunnasaurus and a bear - my grandchildren were thrilled with the toys as was I because of the terrific quality and attention to detail. I've worn and washed both jerseys, they keep their shape and colour and look amazing :)

Paid for an order on 6 December and still hasn’t been dispatched! I filled in a ticket only to get an auto response 48 hours later to tell me to be patient! I spend an hour on the phone to speak to absolutely no one and then finally to get another auto response to tell me orders placed on the 6th would be dispatched on the 15th. It’s now the 17th. No dispatch yet. This is a disgusting way to treat customers and I’ve spent £80 on a child’s kit with no way of knowing if it’s coming or not! Shame on you it’s not like Xmas is a secret and you are still saying on your website orders placed by the 20th will be delivered!

There needs to be a service where if a consistent number of season ticket holders don't go to the game, or their tickets aren't sold on the ticket exchange - their membership should be frozen for a period, ensuring those tickets are then successfully sold to real Arsenal fans who want to turn up week after week.

Then at least more people would be successful in the ballot! (which is almost impossible to win currently)
