We run medical clinics in several locations across Florida and North Carolina, and managing payment processing across all of them used to take up a lot of our time. Michael at TouchSuite changed that for us.
Michael built a centralized management system that lets us oversee the TouchSuite gateway for every one of our locations from one place. It has saved us a huge amount of time, and getting to the information we need is now fast and easy. He put a lot of work into getting it right for us, and he did it while also helping us with several other issues at the same time.
His customer service is the best we've had from any vendor. Whenever I bring Michael a problem, he responds quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure it's fully resolved, not just patched. He has helped us through complicated billing questions and detailed technical configurations, and every time he stayed with it until it was done right.
We enjoy working with Michael and the whole TouchSuite team. They know their products, they care about their customers, and they follow through. We highly recommend TouchSuite as a payment processor, and if you get the chance to work with Michael, you're in good hands.

TouchSuite and Fiserv keep blaming each other and seem completely unaware of what is happening. My funds have been held for nearly a month with no valid explanation.

Every time I contact support, I get a different answer.
No one takes responsibility, and no one provides a clear payout date..
If you value your business and cash flow, stay away from this company‼️

I was thoroughly impressed with Michael going above and beyond to help me resolve the socket error issue we were experiencing with our FD150. He patiently walked me through step-by-step troubleshooting multiple times. He explained everything clearly. He got us a new terminal sent out right away, and had a temporary portal up and running for us within minutes. He was polite, pleasant, and a pleasure to work with.

Quick, concise answers. Jeremy answered all the questions he could very quickly & anything that he couldn't he found the answer & got back to me right away. He made solving my problems less stressful.

Kelly Keith stayed in touch with me while she was researching my issue then once she found the cause, she provided me the info. She was awesome to work with.

Dominique was knowledgeable in helping me understand how the additional pass-through fees from VISA and MasterCard would affect the business. She then added value by introducing me to the gateway services TouchSuite offers through NMI. Finally, she followed up on our conversation with an email containing links to NMI. This was a valuable conversation.

We have been customers for several years! and I have to say that EVERY time I contacted TouchSuite customer service, it was a very pleasant experience and I was always very satisfied with the outcome from all of the representatives, However; I must Highlight the exceptional Above and Beyond customer service I received from Jeremy. He has gone out of his way to assist me with my issues with CLOVER. He is an amazing representation of what CUSTOMER SERVICE should always be. I am very sad to say That I am closing the account due to the disagreements I have with CLOVER and the misinformation I received from them and the extremely high fees. If you’re looking to save money and have a stress-free experience, I strongly recommend going with a different payment processing company. The decades of experience and 50,000+ client base are not reflective of the quality of service offered. There’s nothing that sets them apart from the countless other companies offering similar services. In fact, I’d say a team of chimpanzees could deliver a better product.

Dominique is absolutely awesome. She is very insightful and she knows exactly how to explain the product to the customer. She is a breath of fresh air when it comes to a customer service. She’s never hard to get in contact with and she responds to emails text messages or phone calls in an expeditious manner. Her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the customer is satisfied, and the situation is taking care of is extremely remarkable and second to none. Honestly, in the beginning with touchsuite I had a rough patch with customer service. But ever since Dominique has taken in control of my account all of my worries have been At ease. I would like to thank whoever put her in charge of my account that was an awesome move.

I have worked with Kelly Keith, Technical Support, two times now when my system has crashed and burned. Kelly was so very helpful and knowledgeable. The problems took quite awhile each time to correct but she kept at it until she was able to solve the problem and got me back up and running. I can't thank her enough.

Jeremy Ratchman was extremely helpful. He went over and beyond to assist my organization, and he followed up with me if there were items pending our side to action. I truly appreciate the attentiveness he provided to our issue.
