Amazing smooth process from my initial enquiry right through to getting home. All the staff I dealt with were very fast getting back to me and nothing was too much trouble. We went on an all inclusive Beach & Safari tour to Zanzibar and Tanzania for my Wife’s 50th and Tour Compass helped make it such a magical adventureit was perfect ❤️. The hotel we had in Zanzibar was beautiful and right on the beach so was perfect for relaxing before our safari. The safari well that was so well organised and absolutely spectacular! As soon as we landed we were greeted by the Jeep and whisked straight off into the national park for the safari and what an amazing experience! We saw so many animals in there it was unreal! We were driven back to our camp in the national park and again the accommodation was perfect! We had a bungalow and it was surreal as you could hear all the animals around us. The Masai were also amazing and so knowledgeable. We went on a Bush walk and the Massai were explaining so much to all of us about their way of life and about the animals that were around us. The camp had 2 pools to help keep cool as it was so hot when we were there and they were both lovely and clean. The food was outstanding at both locations and the drinks were good too. Thank you Tour Compass and thank you to the Beach & Safari teams you truly made my Wife’s Birthday spectacular ❤️🌴.

Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Just back from 18 days exploring Peru organised by Tour Compass.
Everything went so smoothly. All companies were on time, friendly and informative with excellent communication throughout.
All trips and guides surpassed all expectations.
All transport and accommodation were all as described and perfect.
I would not have changed a single thing, and I did not feel like I missed anything.
I would have no hesitation in recommending any of the companies used or yourselves again. I am starting to think of my next trip!

Tour Compass arranged an excellent tour of Sri Lanka. Booking was easy and all the information we needed was in their app. It was just 4 of us on the tour so it felt like we had our own personal guide. He went out of his way to make our holiday really special and took us on additional trips to those included. All in all, it was a great holiday.

We had the most fantastic safari in Botswana ( 2 locations ) and a visit to Victoria Falls in Zambia thanks to Tour Compass. We completed the trip with relaxation time in Mauritius as a complete contrast. It all was truly an amazing experience and thanks to Tour Compass for their organisation, recommendations and excellent communication.
The trip was varied, exciting, well timed and very well organised. The guides and local services were all friendly, helpful and caring.
Their app was extremely useful too ensuring we knew everything that was happening.
The trip exceeded our expectations beyond measure and would have no hesitation in using Tour Compass again for other trips and would highly recommend them.

Amazing trip to Tanzania and climbed Kilimanjaro. TourCompass were really good from the start. They called me to discuss the trip and gave advise. This was a big trip for me and my family and I didn’t really know where to start planning. TourCompass stood out from other companies. There communications advice, and were professional throughout the whole trip. We had no problems as all with this trip it all went very smoothly,

Just returned from an 11 day tour of Sri Lanka. Everything went seamlessly, zero problems from start to end. Thanks to the team at TourCompass for their help and also many thanks to our excellent local guide Dilan Sudarshan who we would recommend that you use if you have the chance to go.

I have just returned from the 'Karibu Kenya & Beach Holiday in Zanzibar + Experiences in Stone Town' tour, and I had an absolutely fantastic time. From start to finish, TourCompass was incredibly well organised. Every transfer between hotels and destinations ran smoothly, and whenever I had a question or concern, the team responded to my emails promptly and efficiently.

The first half of my trip in Kenya was led by my safari guide, Eugene, who was outstanding. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and local environment. Before each game drive, he would ask what animals I was hoping to see- for example, getting close to a lion- and he made it his mission to make it happen. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, I was lucky enough to see the Big Five, which was an unforgettable experience.

This trip exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't recommend TourCompass highly enough!

Just back from the glacier, lakes and mountains tour of Argentina and Chile. Everything was very well organised and all the guides we had were amazing. Staff from Tour Compass were a pleasure to deal with too. Great hotels (bar one but was going through some refurbishment). Would definitely and will be going on another tour soon. Although UK based-flights from Ireland were easily added on.

We have just returned from a fabulous trip to South Africa and Mauritius. TourCompass were great answering questions in advance of booking and in supporting our queries ahead of travel including upgrading to direct flights and helping us to arrange contact with the local hotel in Mauritius so my husband could arrange golf tee times in advance of arrival. On our outward journey from the UK our flight was cancelled by the airline (out of TourCompass’s control) and TourCompass were great at supporting in terms of ensuring transfers and activities we were going to miss were rearranged so that we still managed to complete everything we had on our itinerary despite losing a day/night. The excursions included were great and it was nice that any transfers/activities were specifically with those travelling with TourCompass. TourCompass also informed both hotels that it was our honeymoon which resulted in us receiving some complementary touches/additions during our stay which was really appreciated and added to the overall experience. Kruger Gate Hotel in South Africa was beautiful and had everything and more you could need, with great food and very friendly staff. The proximity to the park gate is a huge bonus for the safaris but be prepared for the drive to/from Johannesburg airport which was around 5 hours. We then stayed at Heritage Awali in Mauritius which was beautiful, again very clean, with excellent food and service. We could not fault the hotels selected! Communication in terms of the itinerary upon arrival was great, but my only recommendation for a slight improvement was that there was little communication in the lead up from TourCompass and it might help ease some nerves/give reassurance if there was a little more communication to confirm everything is still in place/okay just before the tour embarks. However, whenever we did ask a question the response was often quick.

Tourcompas did all the legwork for us. We were also able to tailor our experience to add additional nights at the start and end of Safari. They put us in good hotels and camps. The guide in Kenya 'Prince' was amazing. We had a wonderful experience. We went to Amboselli,Tsavo West and Tsavo East. Then into Tanzania to a Maasai camp.Then onto Zanzibar for 5 nights in a lovely comfortable hotel. Excellent holiday. So much so we booked our next one with Tourcompas already. The whole experience was managed really well. Any queries dealt with straight away. We really recommend this tour company

Seamless experience, all questions asked prior to the trip were answered promptly, useful tips and advise was easily available on the website.
Airport transfers worked well organised trips/safaris were superb add in a wonderful hotel with great staff and you end up with a awesome experience.

We used Travel Compass to organise a safari in Tanzania and a beach stay in Zanzibar. Everything was organised for us, from flights, hotels and safari guide. Nothing was too much trouble for them as we wanted to change part of our trip and do a hot air balloon ride. Which they did for us. Great experience.

Compass were brilliant. They talked me through the options open to us for our trip and it was really noticeable how different this was to my attempts to try and book through the big travel firms.

Our trip was a real bucket list affair, a Kenyan safari tied into my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. We had no experience of safari trips and I can honestly tell you that if you want an African safari, don’t go elsewhere, speak to Compass.

Special mention to James who took us from the airport at Mombasa to Malindi and then also the return journey. Lovely fella with great banter and knowledge of UK football.

Our safari guide was Gadji. Quite possibly the nicest bloke on the planet. He really did everything to ensure we were engaged and added loads of extra stuff into our time with him. A highlight was picnicking at the riverside, eating our packed lunch whilst Gadji told us all about the park. Hippo Point with fresh pineapple makes the list, too!

From my first email, then phone calls with Cat, the whole process could not have been easier. I even asked to change our agreed booking, and this caused no problems at all.

I cannot praise anyone involved at Compass too much. I asked lots of stupid questions, and they always came back to me promptly. I can think of no negatives with my experience. I would highly recommend you speak to them if you are looking for a trip of a lifetime.

Tour Compass arranged a trip for three couples to Peru and the Galápagos Islands. From the first contact to the time we returned to the UK, their attention to detail and communication was second to none. Guides turned up exactly when and where they should, there were constant reminders about where we needed to be and at what time, and there were absolutely no hiccups along the way. Superb job!

A good balance of guided tours & free time. A really enjoyable trip to Japan. The party was 10 people which made it feel intimate & transportation around the country was made very easy by following the itinerary set. Thank you for providing a truly wonderful trip.

Went to China with Tour Compass,so glad I chose them,well run with good hotels and tour guides I had a great time and saw some awesome sights in China

We have recently experienced our second holiday arranged by Tour compass and again we were not disappointed by our experience This time our trip was to Bali. The holiday was fabulous. The hotels were beautiful and the tours arranged for us were perfect. But what really made our holiday special were the people who worked for the company and the hotels, and in particularly our guide Purna and driver Doel. Thank you so much Millie. Again you haven’t let us down.
