We recently travelled with TourCompass on a safari and beach holiday, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

The safari was absolutely incredible and far beyond anything we had imagined. It provided unforgettable experiences and memories that will stay with us forever. Everything was well organised, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the trip special.

After the safari, we travelled to Zanzibar for the beach portion of our holiday. The resort was beautiful, offering the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after our adventure.

What really stood out was the service from TourCompass throughout the trip. They were always easy to contact, responsive, and available whenever we needed assistance. Although a few adjustments had to be made during our holiday, these were handled quickly and efficiently, giving us complete confidence and allowing us to enjoy our trip without worry.

We would highly recommend TourCompass to anyone considering a safari and beach holiday. Their organisation, customer service, and attention to detail helped create a truly memorable experience.

I have just returned from a 12 day trip to Tanzania/Zanzibar and it was nothing short of incredible. The safari days were out of this world, we saw the big 5 and so much more. Our guide was incredible. Everything on the whole trip was so well thought out, great accommodations, food, transport and support in the lead up to the trip. Can’t fault tour compass and would definitely use them again.

A great holiday in the Serengeti and Zanzibar. Everything went as planned and we had a great experience.

Me and my friend did the Tour Compass 10 days South Africa Trip and everything was amazing from start to finish! We always had clear and consistent communication from Tour Compass so we always felt taken care of. The hotel chosen was spectacular and all the activities were fun and ran incredibly smoothly. Highly recommend and would definitely use them for future tours!

Everything about this trip to Costa Rica booked through TourCompass was wonderful. The place itself is beautiful and varied, and the Costa Ricans are very friendly people who take a great pride in their country. The organisation of our tour was superb, from the App giving us all the information we needed in advance, through to the links with the partner company in Costa Rica and the organisation at each destination. Everything worked like clockwork and we had great confidence in the people who were looking after us, including the knowledgeable and engaging local guides. All of the accommodation was wonderful as well as the meals which were part of the package. The self-drive car handover was really simple, and giving us a local SIM card with maps and emergency phone numbers was a great idea.

It might be worth mentioning that some of the road surfaces, particularly in the area around Lake Arenal are very poor, and this slowed down our driving to avoid potholes, and to cope with temporary surfaces.

The only other negative was the unpleasant experience of Miami airport which was massively overcrowded and understaffed. Nobody pointed out to us that people going through passport control to make a connecting flight could join a fast track queue which would have saved a very long wait.

Neither of these problems were the fault of TourCompass who provided us with a fantastic holiday. Many thanks.

I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Vietnam. Absolutely everything ran smoothly from flights, trains, buses and transfers. Our hotels were all in central locations with beautiful surroundings and facilities. The guides were knowledgeable and the tours were spot on.

Just come back from my second Tour Compass trip, this time to Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. It was so well organised. I had 6 flights, and everything was seamless. There was always a driver or guide to meet me at the different airports, and it was great to not to have to think about logistics. Do you pay more than it would cost you to sort yourself? Absolutely. Is it worth it for a hassle free trip where you have minimal thinking to do? Definitely. I’ve already recommended Tour Compass to family and friends- if you’re thinking of booking - do it!

This was my first time using Tour Compass for the ultimate Japan Tour 18 days. While it seems more geared for European travelers and we are from the United States, communication was good even with the time difference.It was very nice to meet European travelers. The accommodations and the train travel was all nicely organized, and the included tours were good as well.

Just returned from South Africa, Kruger, Cape Town and Garden Route and then a week in Mauritius. The whole trip was seamless, we had 5 flights and every part of the trip was completely hassle free with drivers always waiting for us and a letter with all our details/instructions for each part of the trip.
A special shout out must go to our driver and guide for Cape Town and the Garden Route, Nigel. He was simply the best, we honestly had so many laughs and great chats it was like being on holiday with a friend. He was also extremely knowledgeable and interesting with insights on real life and whats it like living in Cape Town, as well as being professional and extremely punctual at all times.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tour Compass and we will use them again for our next big holiday.

Took the Japan Heart and Brain tour and it was perfect from start to finish. Can't find a fault with anything, the whole trip was perfectly organised, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The whole trip was amazing, 100% would recommend!

Costa Rica tour, whole thing went seamlessly, all transfers and tours were professional, arrived on time, no issues whatsoever and Costa Rica was beautiful 😍

We recently traveled to Africa with the reassurance that Tour Compass had arranged our internal trips as well. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing we had everything taken care of. Excellent company would definitely use your services again.

We went to South Africa for a safari to Kruger National Park, stayed in the most amazing hotel (Kruger Gate Hotel) the food wow, the staff were so friendly and amazing at the hotel and treated us like royalty. 1 hour after arrival at the viewing dec we were greeted by 3 hippo’s which was truly awesome. Although the transfer is 6 hours and is the worst bit about the holiday, it does go fairly fast and it’s lovely to see some of the countryside. Safari’s were amazing, our driver was fantastic and we saw the Big 5. Booking process with tourcompass is quick and easy and all staff are very helpful especially Liam Richardson (as we had a couple of hiccups due to the Iran war and change of names and these were sorted immediately) . Book a safari it’s the best thing you will ever do.

This was a fantastic company to deal with. The trip was well organised and communication with the company was brilliant throughout. On arrival we had a meeting with a representative who walked us through the itinerary. Fantastic experience.

Organised a holiday to South Africa with Tour Compass which included a three day safari, a bush walk, a night safari and an optional trip to Chimp Eden. Everything went like clockwork with regards to the flights, transfers and trips. All timings were spot on, and we received regular text updates along the way which I found quite helpful. We stayed at the Paul Kruger hotel which is a five and a half hour transfer from Johannesburg airport. I hadn’t read that prior to booking ( my own fault ) It was a long and tiring journey from Edinburgh to the hotel (4.5 hours to Istanbul, 9.5 hours from there to Joberg, then the 5.5 hours to the hotel) but trust me, the experience you get once you are there makes it all worth it. The hotel is spotless, staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. You also have the added bonus of animals wandering through the grounds and being able to see the more dangerous ones from the infinity pool to the rear of the hotel. We saw hippos, elephants, impalas, tons of birds, bush babies, monkeys and baboons. All this before you even leave the hotel for safaris and trips. The safari vehicles are great. All open so you can see everything and our driver Ishmael was such a lovely guy. He found us a leopard on our last day. We’d searched for three days to see one. They were very elusive. If this had been the only animal we spotted we’d have come home happy. We saw all the big five, Lions, Elephants, Buffalo Rhino and the Leopard. We saw so many more I can’t list them all. There were regular comfort breaks along the way and we always stopped for lunch. We came home very tired, but very very happy. I would recommend Tour Compass if you want a fantastic holiday and experience.
The only slight problem we had was with our going home pick up time. We queried it and found we needed to chase this up instead of the rep getting back to us. But in the grand scheme of things, this was a very minor detail. Go do a safari !!! You’ll love it.

The driver quality was of the highest standard. The quality of a majority of the accommodation which we had generally upgraded, was good. The whole Malagasy experience was positive.
